My stay here was fantastic. The guesthouse is in a great spot, close to everything I wanted to see. The room was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. The owner was friendly, attentive, and quick to offer help whenever needed. Their genuine care made the experience even more memorable.

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and the location in the city center and close to the bus station is convenient. The included breakfast is ample and delicious. Overall, this is great value for money. I would gladly come back here on my next visit! Keep on studying German, Niko :)

A curtain for the shower would be good, to avoid flooding the bathroom. The beds are not so comfortable. The cock starts the day around 4:00 am... So i did also People who are not good afoot anymore, may have problems to walk towards the rooms, for us this was no problem.

Most gentle and helpful host, although Lilia speaks no english, but her grandson Nico helped with translation and it was also very interesting with him to talk about his history studys. Breakfast was great, even a bit too much , but very very tasty. Washing machine is available for a little amount of Lari. Rooms are very clean. Location is perfect, only 2-3 minutes you can reach the heart of Sighnagi by foot.

A nice family run guest house with extremely friendly hosts including a free delicious breakfast. The room is a bit small but very clean and was more than enough for my needs as a solo traveler! Definitely recommend it if you're staying in Sighnaghi!

The best place I’ve stayed on my entire trip! The host was incredibly kind and generous. The room, toilet, and shower were spotless, and the bed was super comfy. And the breakfast—words can’t do it justice! Huge portions, delicious options, and plenty of local dairy treats. Make sure to say hi to Charlie (their dog). Plus I had a very meaningful chat with Nicolas (Tamara's son). Highly recommended!

Warm welcome from the host. Location just 5 minutes from the bus station to/from Tbilisi and Tsnori and in the town centre. Large breakfast.

I have been travelling around the country for 10 days and this is definitely the best place I stayed in. The room nice, warm and clean, bed very comfortable. Bunch of stuff was dusty in the room, so was the tray on which I was served breakfast. There was not a single plate, or chopping board in the kitchen. Not a place to come to with children, high terrace without safety barrier.

The privacy, I am not used to staying in guesthouses (mostly hostels for me). I loved breakfast, scrambled eggs were delicious.

The owner family were very kind and helpful. The guesthouse is placed in around nature.On the premises of guesthouse,there were friendly dog and cat. You can feel a cozy atmosphere which makes you calm. The breakfast were many variants and tasty.The owner got ready on my request time.Besides,this breakfast time,owner invited me to upstairs terrace outside,where you can see greenery mountains scape) Thanks to owner family,the memory of Sighnaghi became wonderful and lovely. This lovely place is very centrally located - a small, friendly and quiet neighborhood - on a small street leading off the park. The clean apartment had everything you need, including fast WiFi. Sitting on the terrace (with barbecue fireplace), you can look out over the wine and chickens in the garden. The breakfast was very tasty. The family is very friendly, reserved, but always available for questions well informed. I loved this stay because it allowed me to experience Singhaghi, the surrounding area, the grape harvest and also the more unknown jewels. It was a highlight of my Georgian vacation. Thanks a lot!
