Great place to stay close to Tblisi City Center! Amazing view and runned by an amazing kind family! The rooms are extremely clean and spacious; the bathrooms as well. Close to restaurants, cafes, attractions and city center! Good communication!

Nothing really. The property is uphill like lots of accommodations on Tbilisi, but I don’t mind walking.

Everything was great. Comfortable beds, Rooms are well equipped with fridge and AC. Marina the hosts, is really helpful, she even helped to get transportation to Armenia.

The rooms are close to the old town, which was very convenient. The hosts were very helpful, we were even offered a bottle of home-made wine, which we appreciated. The decor of the house is very interesting, containing many things that you could spend a lot of time admiring. The communication with the hosts prior to our arrival was excellent as well.

It's a little uphill which may be an issue for people with mobility issues.

This B&B is located in a great location just 5 mins walk from the bathhouses but is still very quiet. The Russian husband and wife don't speak much English but they're really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean and very comfortable for absolutely great value.

Other guests talking until late at night in the courtyard just under my room kept me awake.

Well located to walk to all the tourist sites. Breakfast very good with wide and varied selection changing daily. Marina was very friendly, although not always available on the premises. En-suite bathroom very comfortable.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town, parking available, beautiful outdoor seating. Excellent breakfast, helpful hostess who made us breakfast earlier on the last day due to an early departure. If you want to enjoy the authentic atmosphere of old Tbilisi, where everything is close and sit in the evening with a glass of homemade wine, you are at the right address. I recommend it to all travelers.

Quite a challenging place to get to with a car. Narrow streets and parking on site required some manouvering. Curtains were very thin and a bright light from the building next door shone through - not conducive to sleep. Breakfast times may not suit people who want an early start or need to catch an earlier flight.

Very artisan place to stay, quite a cute wee courtyard up on the hill slopes. Room was good and very clean. Bed was comfortable. SME of the basics were missing like the shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower were empty.

Can't even say what I didn't like. Its a place full with warmth and live, you feel there like at home. Everything was very nice.

Very nice place. Marina and Vitaly are amazing hosts! So much warmth and hospitality! Great breakfast. Central location. Very clean and cosy. So many little things and souvenirs in the yard and lobby. Very authentic. We had a very nice fireplace in the room. We really enjoyed our stay there and I recommend it. It was a great experience in old tbilisi.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lea!! The location is great , less than 10min walk to center (Meidan Bazaar), couple min to bus station. Room was clean and comfy, atmosphere was cozy. Super delicious home cooked breakfast! But most of all our host’s were simply exceptional, Marina and Leri were so friendly and attentive to our every need and made us feel like home. They gave us super great recommendations for Tbilisi and Georgia and in general turned our experience from great to unforgettable.

The room door is very close to the reception so that you don’t feel very private on the first floor because of not strong sound isolation

Very central location if you have just a few hours in the city you can have a short walking tour around to see some of the sightseeings. Extremely spacious and comfortable place to stay. The owner is very hospitable woman who manages the property with the soul, visitors return back to their place. The room has all you need for a great stay, it is clean, modern, pleasantly decorated, the lights in the evening are calm preparing you for a great sleep in comfort wide beds. The breakfast offered is sufficient, we stayed for a night so it is hard to evaluate it

Excellent location in central Tbilisi in a quiet and safe area, friendly staff and a huge, well-equipped room. The delicious Georgian breakfasts in the terrace were a joy and kept me going for half of the day. Great value for money. Would totally recommend Lea Guest House- A massive thanks to Marina and Vitali (and their team) for a fantastic stay. Спасибо за все!
