These little independent units are a good place to stay if you want a nice little balcony to look at the view of the mountains. Everything was as advertised and in the photos. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and has everything we need, and there’s a little fridge and kettle. It’s up above the busy part of the town (a good sized hill) so it’s in a quiet area.

No night stand lights, so it’s either all lights on or nothing. Shower was quite heavily used. Reception and bar are closed for the moment so we couldn’t get anything from them. They have a kettle but didn’t offer instant coffee.

Little tiny house with a very nice view over the mountains. Cute little balcony to have breakfast in the morning. Free Netflix on the tv was nice as we had a rainy day.

This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in Georgia. The hotel has absolutely stunning views of the Gergeti Trinity Church and the valley. The room itself was very cozy with plenty of natural light and, of course, offered those breathtaking views. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was spotless. What truly gave us the best experience though, was the warmth and hospitality of the owner. We felt like we weren’t just another guests, but people they genuinely cared about, ensuring we had the best experience while exploring the area. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kazbegi. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Kazbegi! The room was modern, stylish, and equipped with up-to-date technologies — including a coffee machine, which was a great touch. Everything was very clean, from the bathroom to the rest of the space, and the bed was super comfortable. The views are absolutely breathtaking — facing the majestic Kazbegi mountain and the iconic Gergeti Monastery. Evenings by the cozy fireplace were a highlight — perfect for unwinding, chatting, and laughing with friends. A truly relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Landscapes Hotel in Kazbegi 🥰 The panoramic mountain view is absolutely breathtaking 🏔️you can enjoy it right from your bed or balcony. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, and feel so cozy and comfortable. The staff were genuinely kind, helpful 🙏🏼Everything was perfectly clean and thoughtfully arranged. highly recommended !!

First and Foremost. The Staff and Owners are fantastic! Truly Amazing to the point that they even helped drive us to some places because it was raining. Now coming to who this place is for. Well if you are looking for a hotel room experience this is probably not the place for you. But if you're idea of a vacation in the mountains is a cottage vibe with fewer people around, having a campfires , playing board games, table tennis, shooting hoops the place is great. The rooms are a bit small but Kazbegi isn't the kind of place where one would want to spend much time in the room anyways.

I love everything about the property

I love everything about the property. We flew from London to Tbilisi and then Kazbegi. The facility is high end with modern touch. The place is clean and the host is the best. I was there with Georgie who treated us like family. He is the best host I have ever been with.He drives us around and takes us to places. He made arrangements for us to ride the horse and climb up the mountains. I will definitely come back. I have been to over 50 countries but this experience is in my top 2. I love the hotel and everything is cozy. This is the best hotel trust me

Compared to prices in Georgia, it was rather overpriced. We got the impression that the room was not reliably cleaned. There were blood-like marks on the sheets. The refrigerator hardly worked. No capsules for the coffee maker.

The rooms retain heat like crazy when the sun's out, and while we could've (and should've) left the AC running while we were out, we don't typically do that, to save energy, so some of our snacks actually melted since the small in-room fridge was not working. We also couldn't get cold drinks, which would've been really nice after a day hiking in the hot sun. On the other hand, we were blessed with fantastic weather in Kazbegi, so we can't complain about the sun! Also, it would be really nice to have a bedside lamp or reading light for each side, so we don't have to leave the main ceilling light on in order to see.

We enjoyed our stay at Landscapes Kazbegi very much. The views are the best, as every room (in its own container box) has one, and has their own balcony. The bed was surprisingly comfy, and the room, while small, was good for our needs. The woman at the front desk was responsive & helpful. Parking is available, and the location is pretty easy to find. Even though I have a couple of suggestions for improvement, the place was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.

Some nuisances. The room didn’t clean all our stay (four days), the toilet door was broken, laundry service was not available, Wi-Fi is soo weak, I couldn’t work-:( You should ask water and tea all the time on reception. But those problems are not so big, just nuisances.
