Room was bit too warm at night but cooled it down by opening door to patio- a fan would be helpful during summer.

The only downside was that in our room, you could easily hear sounds from other people, like talking, coughing and sneezing.

We had a great stay here. The staff was really friendly, our room was nice, clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good. We came by car so we were happy there was parking space. And the breakfast was really tasty!

Amazing staying under mountains. Super polite owner - we got the better room with beautiful view from balcony instead of budget room which we booked. Best breakfast. Facilities fair enough.

The communication with the host before coming was hard but then once there everything went smoothly. WiFi connection waxes and wanes.

We spent one night at this guesthouse but we definitely recommend it! The room was small but had everything one needs, plus a nice small terrace with nice views of Stepantsminda town. We loved the warm welcome of the host and all the staff, the strong ladies who run the business and the kitchen are just fantastic! Don’t hesitate to ask for dinner, it will be gorgeous and satisfying!

There was nothing that i didn't like. Just a suggestion...if you can change mattress to good quality ones. And not the springs mattress...

Well... everything was good. Rooms, facilities, bathrooms, views, and the size of rooms were all good. Breakfast was excellent. Ketino would ask what we eat in breakfast so that she can prepare the menu accordingly. Omelette was excellent. Regular stuff was brilliant as well. For vegetarians pls ask for a vegan breakfast, and they will provide that too. All in all, if I visit again, I will definitely go to Ketino's stay. It's good for families. Location is also good. They are a bunch of good people...thanks ketino and team members who took brilliant care. Well done ladies....and best wishes

Slight language barrier due to which we were not informed about dinner availability by anyone upon check-in.

Excellent breakfast, walking distance from city square and Church trek. Easily available parking right outside the hotel. Small amenities inside the room make it even better like heated bathrooms and room along with hot water availability all the time. Each room also has a personal balcony. It’s a cute place and good value for money.
