Nothing at all, I wish we could have stayed longer - Nika also offered us a spot since he had one opening up, but sadly we did not have any time as we had to continue our travels.

This place is amazing! The accommodation is very spacious and luxurious and has everything you need (including a beamer with netflix). The views are truly breathtaking and the fact that you have a whole porch and bath to yourself from where you can enjoy the views is incredible. Even from the bedroom you can still enjoy the scenic mountain range. In addition to this Nika (the host) was really kind and helpful and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. We decided to change our plans and just enjoy the place for the day, as it was really relaxing and lovely.

It has amazing view . A beautiful chalet , beautiful interior. Everything are beautiful. During our stay it reaches 1 degrees the weather outside however the heater inside are so much enough to make us feel warm and comfortable. Nika (owner) is hospitable and kind enough to.

As a first timer to Georgia, we wanted our stay to be quite amazing, and this indeed was the right match for our expectations. The actual room looks better than the photos provided hands down! Especially Nika the property care taker was quite helpful and kind who also took our couple photos and provided a warm welcome to the house.

Where should I even begin? Let me start with the house itself. I originally booked a 3-day, 2-night stay, and honestly, this villa has *so many* amazing highlights: 1. Super clean, including the bathroom — spotless! 2. They provide both large and small towels, and even bathrobes. 3. The view is simply unbeatable — with no obstructions at all. Since this villa is located at the very end, the front faces stunning mountain scenery and the Trinity Church, while the back overlooks snow-capped peaks. Every morning, I woke up in awe. 4. The shower has great water pressure, it’s hot and super relaxing! There’s even a heater in the bathroom. 5. Loads of blankets and several heaters around the house — we never had to worry about the cold. It’s incredibly cozy. 6. There’s a bathtub with bubble bath provided. Soaking while gazing at the snowy mountains… can you imagine how dreamy that is? 7. The kitchen is fully equipped — everything you need is there. 8. And they even offer complimentary dry wine! Unfortunately, due to heavy snowfall, the roads were closed and our 3-day, 2-night trip turned into 4 days and 3 nights. Niko, the host, was *so* kind and understanding. He gave us a discount (we heard that some big hotels actually charged *more* when guests had to extend due to the weather). He constantly kept us updated on road conditions, helped us find a taxi back to Tbilisi, and even drove us to a local market to get groceries. We were incredibly grateful. Without his help, the two of us — just girls from out of town — would have felt completely lost. One more thing: *please* book the horseback riding experience through the host! I highly recommend the 2-hour ride. The views in the mountains are just breathtaking. The horses are gentle, and Nika (the horse tour guide) was incredibly patient and helpful — plus, he takes amazing photos too! I truly fell in love with this place. ❤️

Cool - everythings was good

Super Location, Super Clean & New property with almost all facility that you can ask for. The view from Bed room will make you hold your breath. Most romantic place is the bath tub with the mountain view - Host was kind enough to provide us with a bottle of very nice wine complimentory (unexpected it was). Kitchen had all essentials available. Overall I would strongly recommend this property - Far better than staying in Gadauri paying much higher prices

Probably one of the best views in Kazbegi from this property. The highlight feature is the hot tub facing the view of the mountains. Very hospitable host (Nika) who helped us with transport around Kazbegi.

Everything was absolutely lovely – the drive from Tbilisi to Kazbegi was breathtaking, with picturesque views and mountains hugging you along the way. The villa itself was truly a different story – simply perfect & so romantic. I could honestly see myself living there, waking up to those stunning mountain views every morning as soon as I opened my eyes. The heated floors were brilliant, especially for those cosy rainy days, and the bubble bath was just what I needed after long hikes. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be back :)

During my stay in Kazbegi Story, I had an amazing experience that I can't recommend enough! The hospitality was exceptional, with the host being incredibly helpful and attentive. The accommodation was clean and provided a sense of privacy that I truly appreciated. It is conveniently located near a grocery store, money exchange, and restaurants. The views from the area were absolutely breathtaking, making my stay even more memorable. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again!

Not much, the mattress seemed to move a bit on the bed.

The chalet is very confortable, everything has been though of to make it very confortable and an unforgettable experience. The view from the chalet is incredible. You can take a bubble bath with a view, we all loved this. The cabin is very confortable for a family of 5. This was our best stay in Georgia.
