This is a luxurious accommodation for Georgian standards. We loved the view, the amenities, everything about it! Five of us were very comfortable there. Only thing missing is somewhere to put your stuff in the upstairs bedrooms. Thanks so much!

Stair handrail and shelving and hanging space in the bedrooms. But don’t let this stop you staying.

Quiet location out of the busy town, view from living room and bedrooms, well stocked kitchen -tea and coffee supplied, very easy to prepare meals. Washing machine and drying racks. Nicely finished accommodation, very comfortable beds. Fabulous attentive host.

Everything was great!

We loved the views and the cosy living space. There were two chairs outside the cottage where we sat and just took it all in. The weather wasn’t good on the first day; luckily we had booked three nights. As the skies cleared, the views were worth the wait. Giorgi, our host, was amazing and the location is so interesting on many levels.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was top notch!

I had the most pleasant stay in the cottage together with my family ever in my life. The property was clean, well maintained with all the facilities needed and beautiful interior design. Georgi, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cozy during our stay. We are forever grateful for his attention to details and excellent hospitality. Can’t wait to stay here again, but this time- for longer.

Location was excellent at the edge of the town. Easy to find. Beautiful views of the mountains from the cottage. Excellent communication from the host. Wi-Fi was good. Parking available onsite. shops and restaurants not too far away.

Amazing views for both bedrooms, nice chairs with view in yard. Apartments were clean, with all needed bath stuff. Good host, told us everything about apartments and surrounding places to visit, gifted bottle of wine :)

This place is cozy and comfortable. The views are breathtaking and bring joy and serenity to the place. The amount of attention paid for the details to the finishes of cabin add another level of experience. The host, Giorgi is very kind and generous. He has such a great sense of hospitality. He speaks English very well as well, so he is easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Cottages overlooking the mountains in Kazbegi with friendly animals (dogs/ cats/ sometimes a herd of cows outside!) visiting everyday. Full equipped with everything you could need. The windows provide a full panoramic view that’s breathtaking every time.

The cottage is beautiful, spacious and very well heated. The surrounding area is calm and quiet too. It had everything you would need and want for a perfect getaway. Very clean and well maintained. Georgi the host was super helpful as well and offered to take us himself to visit the Trinity Church and recommended a nice spot for lunch right after The cottage has the perfect view of the Kazbegi mountain, making this booking perfect

When taking shower water was leaking to the washroom floor. Towels were a bit stiff. WiFi becomes slow in a bad weather (telecom company issue perhaps). No proper transportation, I recommend renting a car coming there.

Heating, Netflix, bed and sofa bed, kitchen, fireplace, BBQ Place, friendly pets, nice view of the mountains.

Absolutely nothing- it was perfect!

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and was quick to give us what we needed when we asked to replace our kettle. The property is beautiful and the location is perfect - in fact after visiting Kazbegi we can confidently say that this was the best one in the area.

The location was incredible, walking distance to town with several grocery markets and restaurant/cafes. Easy to access hiking trail.

location is perfect. it's literally the 2nd last street towards the right of the stepantsminda town, so no obstacles / eye sores in front of the twin chalets. private sections and your very own natural balcony (10-15 feet incline plateau to climb) right in front of the chalet with 2 chairs and a table, to soak in the uninterrupted views of the kazbegi peak, Trinity Church and the Caucasus. Comfortable bedding, ample sitting & chill space, smart tv, fully functional Kitchen with a coffee machine. The single bedroom (duplex) chalet we stayed in (the one on the left while approaching from the street entrance) has 1 bathroom on the lower floor next to that kitchen setup. there are 2 heating radiators on both floors, ensuring the chalet is comfortable enough to walk around in shorts even when it's -7 outside. Super nice owner, Giorgi, very helpful and great with reccomendations. Super markets like Ska, local bakeries and eateries are 7-15 mins walking distance.
