Hot water is very unstable, either too hot or cold. Not able to have a proper shower. No curtain for the shower. The floor of the bathroom ( toilet) got totally wet after shower

The space was well laid out and clean. The kitchen has plenty of cookware for preparation of a meal for 5. Bonus is the location. The Gelato directly across the street was really good and open late. The hosts were super easy to communicate with.

The WiFi was a bit slow, but reliable.

Excellent location and fantastic hosts. They made sure we were very comfortable at the property. Very spacious with the three bedrooms. Strong air conditioning. One of the double beds was a little uncomfortable, the other beds had extra padding and were fine (we didn't ask for an extra pad because we had a short stay, but I'm sure the hosts would find one for us, they are very kind). We would stay again.

The kitchen is "old school", no microwave and no electric kettle. (None of this is promised in the listing, anyway). There is, however, a whistling kettle one can use on the gas stove. One has to climb some stairs to get to the door - not a problem for us, but anyone needing accessibility should take note.

This is a lovely apartment with enough space for a family. It has three separate bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), a kitchen with a gas stove and a generous amount of dishes and pots, and a single bathroom (toilet and shower). It is located in central Kutaisi, with a LOT of various restaurants within an easy walk, and yet very quiet. The beds are rather comfortable, too. The air conditioner in the kitchen is strong enough to cool the entire apartment. Being inside a somewhat older building, this apartment has character.

This apartment has a superb location at the center of the city. You can park at the courtyard but at the evening there are usually parking places available along the street too. So we just parked on the street. Apartment is at old building with high ceilings. Thanks to this and windows at both sides of building we didn't need a AC during whole stay. You can dry your clothes at courtyard and greet neighbors while doing it :) There are lots of dinnerware to use.

The kichen was a bit small, so if you want to cook, this might be a minus, however it has a large fridge and sufficient cookware. The water are heated by gas and it didnt work well: it was hard to adjust a stable temperature or the water were too cold. If this is solved, it would be perfect.

The best location in Kutaisi. Very nice owners. The house is spacious, lighted and nice with 3 large bedrooms and high ceilings. Everything was clean.

there is no heating in each room, only one in the corridor and AC, which means that some of the rooms felt a bit cold. The apartment is on first floor so in case you have a lot of luggage, be ready for some lifting...

the flat is spacious, but there is no living room and the bathroom is also relatively small. High ceilings and location is great, we even enjoyed playing piano... Hosts were helpful and available when necessary.

Great location, just right in the city center near to the park and famous Kolkhida Fontaine. Beautiful and cozy apartment, fully equipped, convenient bad, enough space for everyone. Great owners, which will reply to all your questions immediately and can provide you with excursions and car service, f.e. airport transfer. We were happy to stay there! Highly recommended!

I disliked the fact that I had to leave so soon🤣 Due to my schedule, I had time to stay for two nights only. Next time I want to stay for longer.

Perfect location, high ceiling, very clean. The house is a lot more impressive in reality than you might expect from the photos. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. Would gladly visit again 🤩🤩

The huge apartment had 3 large bedrooms but no comfortable living room. Also we would have enjoyed a terrace for outdoor eating which this apartment did not have. A microwave would have been a real plus.

We liked our huge room and the sunny kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cooking and eating utensils. The shower was great. The whole apartment was spic and span and well cared for. The location was superb.

There is only one AC strangely located right above the stove in the kitchenette. The three bedrooms open off a passage to the kitchen and though the owner told us that the whole apartment would cool down with the AC if we kept the bedroom doors open, that did not happen. It was warm in mid-June and the AC was needed. There is no microwave or electric kettle. The bathroom has no shower curtain or place to keep shampoo or soap. The benches in the (shared) courtyard seen in the photographs are broken.

Apartment was centrally located but quiet. Very clean and all linen provided. There was a working hairdryer and AC (in the kitchen).
