Many flies come to the room cause of light, would be great to have the net to prevent them coming to the room and enjoy open doors

One room initially allocated ( on second floor ) was very dark with a small window at end of passageway. I was changed to a better room on request but don’t feel that should have been used and certainly not for price paid. Restaurant in separate building although I liked its position and airiness.

Appreciated the generous breakfast box for an early departure.

Staff at the front desk are young and not very professional. Having said that, we got a good welcome from Tazo at the front desk upon arrival.

We got the King room with panorama view and terrace - the view was incredible and we really appreciated the enclosed terrace as we were visiting Tbilisi in Winter. Comfortable bed, good breakfast and the hotel is in a superb location, close to the metro and Old Tbilisi.

The air conditioning didn't work effectively - the fan whirled, but didn't bring the temperature down. The door on to the balcony had a lock and a key, but wouldn't lock properly. The staff were informed, but just shrugged their shoulders. The room safe did not work. The coffee machine at breakfast was very slow. A second one would have helped to reduce queuing greatly.

The view from the 4th floor balcony over Tbilisi was superb. The breakfast was fairly good. Krishna on reception had a ready smile and was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are getting old, and need a face-lift. The air-conditioning is not strong enough for a tbilisi summer heat. They also need to place a second lighter pillow for those who don't like to sleep with their head too high.

Great value for money with an awesome view from the rooms in the right hand corner.

Good location within walking distance of city centre. Decent breakfast with fresh juice, fresh fruits and variety of cold buffets so vegetarians will be ok.. Ahni, at the reception desk was particularly helpful to me giving directions, arranging taxi . As a solo women traveller location and access to restaurants , supermarket , metro were important to me

Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the old town. We upgraded to the panoramic view with balcony which was unforgettable. Reception staff was very helpful. A big thank you to George who helped me order food and even delivered it to my room, as well as helping us with different things. The breakfast room had a great view and there was quite a good range on offer. Would definitely recommend KMM hotel.

Reception service was poor, staff lacked training and did not relay messages for a group booking, although the breakfast staff were helpful and it was a good breakfast. Room not nice lights! but otherwise comfortable. Dreary and unwelcoming overall and impersonal with split locations opposite each other.

Breakfast was very good. The room had no bedside lights just a desk light and overhead light a little annoying. We were joining a group on our second night and although we mentioned this and asked not to move on our arrival, they then asked us to move. Hotel split in 2 buildings opposite each other. Our travel guide notified the hotel at least twice re meeting instructions but most of the group failed to get the messages despite asking. Central areas are rather sad and the way to our room had no lift and the stairs seemed to be surrounded by offices. Just a little unusual. The Hotel seemed to take groups but not really geared to them and a poor customer experience. Very close to the metro ATM’s and the supermarkets, and a short walk to old town. Our room one night was facing a local bar opposite so a little noisy but that’s normal in an town. Our second room was much quiter. Overall clean and tidy but the hotel is lacking a personal touch.

Noisy neighbours until early morning - outside the control of the hotel, but nevertheless very inconvenient.

Very convenient location for visits to the capital - with a small shop and bakery in the same block! Breakfast was very generous and the view from the restaurant on the fifth floor is the perfect inspiration for the day ahead. Breakfast box for early departure was very much appreciated!

There was no bidet in my washroom. That only thing which troubles me a lot. I hope they put in every toilet

We had an issue with double booking and we’ve got a key for the room already occupied, staff offered us to wait until mistakenly booked tenants have left the room and then they asked us to stay in the room without cleaning which was disgusting. We insist on the room to be cleaned, so check-in was delayed for two hours.
