This seems to be a family-owned hotel and they excellent work to manage it. Our stay was perfect. We even saw Kazbegi completely clean without clouds! Very kind and hospital host. Great breakfast. We also enjoyed having access to the kitchen throughout the day and evening.

If I must find something, the shower is not so comfortable, you need to pay attention to not spill too much water on the bathroom floor while showering. But it was not really a problem

The staff was super, the room was in very good condition, probably renewed recently. It is really clean. The breakfast is fantastic, they served us a lot of things (probably all local), all in front of the mountains! You can start the trekking to trinity church from here, but it is better to move with a car to Gergeti café. The room temperature was perfect. The best hotel i tried in Georgia

The shower might be small to some of you. It was OK for us.

The family run guest house is small and cozy. Very clean and equipped shared kitchen with free coffee and tea. They were really friendly and nice despite their poor English. Breakfast was great. We liked the idea it wasn't a buffet. Everything was made fresh, and we had everything we needed. They supplied us with any extra need like towels and umbrelllas. They even gave the kids ice cream and treated us with a huge jar of their hone-made jam.

The only thing which we missed was a fridge in our room. On the other hand, there is a fridge in the dining room which any guest can use.

The hotel is situated in a lovely place with a direct view to Mt. Kazbek. All room has a balcony and you can also use a roof terace. It is situated around 3 minutes of walking from a centre. We enjoyed our stay so much. The owners were very kind. Breakfast was delicious - including home made kachapuri, omelette etc. You can also make a cup of tea or coffee during the whole day. Parking space right before the hotel.

Unfortunately, communication in English didn't go well. The bathroom is quite humid.

Whilst this didn't affect our experience, there was a little bit of damp getting through the roof terrace. Probably just a teething problem for the new building. The rooms did not smell damp or seem humid.

Its a small and fairly new hotel. We had 2 rooms for the 4 of us. The room at the front had a lovely view and we could sit out on the balcony. The rear room also had a view onto the mountains but not as good. Both rooms were a reasoble size. The breakfast was good, with freshly cooked omelette and cheesy pastry delivered while we ate. Also the usual fresh tomatoes cucumber, cheese and bread. The bread was nice and fresh. The hosts were eager to provide a good service for their customers. The hotel is in a quiet area but easy walking distance to the bars and restaurants.

I loved everything

The owners were very warm and nice people. They made me feel at home right away. The older ones do not speak English, but it was not a problem at all. The room is big with a balcony, with a view of Mt. Kazbegi. The bed was so comfortable, I had a good sleep. It’s close to restaurant, Mountsin Fresks, Tourist Office, bus station. I recommend the restaurant Samani down the road. Oh and breakfast! It’s a feast! Khachspuri was home made, it was SO good! Too bad I could not eat all. And the tea was very good, I had two cups. This is my place in Kazbegi if I come back. Highly recommend!

We found it a bit odd having a toilet seat opposite of a sink. If either would be placed more to the side there'd be more space.

The owners of the hotel are good at taking care of guest services with kind hospitality and warmth welcome. The place makes us feel like home and the rooftop view is a big advantage especially a beautiful view during sunrise shining to the top of the mountain. Breakfast is delicious and hot and new cooking by the owners themselves.
