Great location, nice and clean apartments with enough space. You have refrigerator, microwave, kettle and tableware set. Hosts are hospitable, quickly fixed the kettle.

One major drawback is the room partially buried underground. As a result, windows are at street level, resulting in no privacy and lots of street noise. The people passing by and the cars are very close, which is a bit distracting, especially due to the fact that every sound and smell from the street passes into the room. Although the street in front isn't too busy, this could be a factor for very light sleepers or those with sensitivity to noise.

The guest house offers a spacious and clean room, which is a significant plus for comfort and relaxation. It has a small fridge and teapot making it possible to enjoy a small breakfast in the room. Guest house is located in the old city so most tourist attractions, restaurants, wine shops, and other places of interest are within walking distance. The owner’s friendliness and flexibility were also noteworthy, as she accommodated a late check-out to suit our needs.

We loved everything about the stay. We chose the ground floor room, which didn't have any view. So, I can not complain about the same .

Host Luisa was very welcoming and prepared the stay with care. The location is very good. Walking distance from Bridge of peace and old town. Holy Trinity Church was 30 mins by foot. Overall, I was very happy with the stay. It's perfect for families. Room was exactly like in the picture .

Decent place with all the amenities you need. Owner Lusia was very friendly and helpful. Though she couldn't speak english, did not find it difficult communicating via Google Translate. Private Kitchen helped us as we were travelling with an infant.

The bathroom had an issue with the tap but I'm sure the host must have fixed it by now.

The host Lusia and her daughter were amazing. Helped us with everything. And the apartment was very spacious with an amazing view of the mountains. Kitchen is equipped with everything. Felt like home rather than a hotel.

Only minor thing The shower curtain is too short or positioned a little bit too low, so after taking the shower the floor of toilet becomes wet by the splash anyway. I once wanted microwave.

The room was big. The location was very convenient and quite. There was a piano although not tuned well and half broken. The owner was very kind.

We would like to have seen shower gel or soap upon arrival, but that deficiency was immediately resolved when mentioned. Some blackout curtains in the kitchen area would help with privacy and keeping streetlights out at night.

This is a well appointed apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay including kitchen, kettle, washing machine, clothes drying rack, air conditioner, iron, hair dryer. (There is no microwave). The bed was huge (if a little springy) but pillows a little hard for our tastes. The location is wonderful and close to many sites, and the metro station is not too far away. Lusia is such a lovely lady ready to assist you in any way she can, and quick to respond when needed. And if you need to bang out a few notes, a grand piano is available in your suite! Thanks again for an absolutely lovely and convenient stay.

Nothing to complain

One of the best stays I had in Tbilisi. A cozy little place and beautifully set up. The hosts were great and they let in an check in. There was a piano in the room so it was great to practice our music skills. Great location with walking distance to tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets. I wish we could have stayed there longer. Great value for money...

The noises from upper floor, the noise from dog barks, outside noise could not give us comfort sleep in the night....we sleep late and woke up early as per noise from upper floor mainly.

Space of room is huge...the comfort they settle on the bed all good.
