They put music everywhere it’s not quite. There is techno and trans music at the pool and it’s loud , we had to ask to turn off .

We had lovely time in the hotel. Amazing staff ! Sophi noticed exactly what we needed and we felt comfortable and calm - hotel felt like home. Miriam as well. It was comfortable and super clean with a lot of thought on details.

Everything was perfect.

Overall infrastructure of the hotel is very comfortable and enjoyable, hot tub, pool and all other facilities allow visitors to fully enjoy the amazing views. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Lera, Taso and Etuna.

The hotel is situated in a gorgous location facing the mountains. It's clean with very good facilities. The staff are really nice and always want to make sure that you're stay is comfortable and they always inquire weather you need help with anything. Overall it's a pleasant stay and I hope we come back again in the future.

I visited Gudauri in summer to see gorgeous Georgian mountains. And choosing Gudauri Lodge was my best choice. Nice and quiet place, tasty breakfast, awesome open air hot bubble bath with mountain view. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very friendly hotel staff made us happy. Etuna, Miriam, Davit, Nodo, Armaz - wonderful and attentive staff who made the holiday unforgettable. The evenings were perfect in the bar, for which a huge thank you to the professional bartender Sophie, any request for drinks is not a problem for her. The stay was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed several meals at the restaurant — the food was very good, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the meat was halal. A special thanks to Liza and Mariam for their warm hospitality and helpfulness throughout our stay. The reception staff also went out of their way to help us organize day trips, which made our visit even more memorable. Special mention to Nodo, Etuna, David, Mirian, and Armazi for their kind assistance.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was excellent. The only suggestion I would make is to consider adding a small play area for kids (with slides and swings). Since the hotel has plenty of space, this would be a great addition and would make families with young children (especially up to 5 years old) enjoy their stay even more

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the very beginning, and everything was well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to make sure guests felt comfortable, and the service overall was excellent. A special mention goes to Nia, one of the waitresses, who made my experience even more enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always greeted me with a genuine smile. The hotel is located at the famous Gudauri ski resort. We stayed during the summer season and enjoyed the lush green nature, blooming landscapes, and breathtaking views during hikes, paragliding, and rafting around the hotel. The hotel staff is wonderful – they truly care about you, want to listen, and are eager to help. I especially want to mention Mariam, Nodo, Mirian, and Armaz, who were attentive and assisted us with every question and need we had. I thoroughly enjoyed all the hotel facilities after each morning run – swimming in the indoor pool, relaxing in the outdoor hot pool with stunning views, as well as using the sauna and gym. The meals in the dining room are excellent, and we truly had a great time. We’d be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Gudauri Lodge Hotel! The hot jacuzzi with an infinity view was absolutely stunning — a true highlight of our trip. A special thank you to Mariam and Nodo from the front office team for their outstanding hospitality. They kindly upgraded our room at check-in and even offered us a late checkout without us having to ask. Their warm and thoughtful service truly made our stay unforgettable. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to enjoy. There were also many activities available on-site, making it easy to stay entertained throughout our visit. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and great value for money. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
