Location is perfect, view of mountains with natural beauty is mind blowing. amazing view from swimming pool. Breakfast is good. Stay was very calm and peaceful For Lunch or Dinner, you can get nearby Indian/Arabic food restaurants

Difficult to spot the hotel in the night. Sign boards can be provided in the road at a visible location.

We stayed at Gudauri Inn only for one night as a transit stop from Stepantsminda to Kutaisi. So, we did not have any negative experience.

Gudauri Inn is a pleasant hotel in the middle of the town of Gudauri. All the facilities in the hotel room are modern and function well. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of foods, both Georgian and Western, and very fresh and delicious.

Staff not so friendly. Food need to improved not fresh at all n no taste. I don't know if it's due to low hotel occupancy or this is how thier service n food are in reality but definitely required bug improvement

1. There were lots of Indian holidayers in the hotel, the breakfast could have included some Indian items 2. Staff was very poker faced, it appeared that similing and greeting the guests was not allowed by the law.

The interior design and room furniture lacked a premium feel. some room amenities were missing; breakfast ok but offered limited variety. indoor pool area was spacious and nice, but the water was too cold for a relaxing swim. the stunning mountain view from the balcony was a highlight

The spa was bad as the sauna wasn't working and jacuzzi was partially working. The swimming pool was too cold and jacuzzi was not working. The hotel was suited inside the area.

To the price 490 lari per day I think the room is pretty normal, may be due to peak season, but the breakfast was decent.

Breakfast do not have much option. Restaurant staff specially serving dinner r not friendly, reluctant to take order even 1 hr before closing time. No full view mirror in hotel room.

The first day there was no hot water at all with the temperature outside at -18°C. We spoke to the reception and they gave us a solution to go across the street to the building where the Spa was and the shower there was terrible. Also, half the days the shower had no pressure.

A good spacious room with a view of the snow-capped mountains. Every day the staff tidied the room. The breakfast was good and the people at the reception were polite.

. The pool and spa area were perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Loved the daily pickup to the ski lift—super convenient! Great choice for a ski trip in Gudauri!

In the bathroom in room there is no door so after shower everything is wet. Spa-center isn't included in price. The floor everywhere is slick and hot tube is dirty and full of hair.

The room (on the 4th floor) with a lovely view. Staff is super friendly. Breakfasts are not super good but the restaurant menu itself is rather tasty.

It would be good to have ski storage space room so that one doesn't have to bring skis to the room. It would be great to have sauna too as it is advertised!

Very helpful lady at reception! The family room was adequate and clean. The Inn is close to the ski station, but it is uphill from there, and when there is ice, you need 4x4 car to get up. Breakfast was very good with good variety and tasty khatchapuri!
