If I have to be a little picky, I guess it’s not my favourite bed I’ve slept in but it didn’t affect my that much.

Quiet location with a stunning view from the balcony! Fast internet that worked flawlessly. Spacious fridge and a stove for simpler cooking. Close to a bunch of supermarkets and buses. Also despite not being in the citycenter it’s quite cheap to take taxis (Bolt) into the town which usually takes 10-20 min depending on where you are going! Amazing value for what you pay!

The shower location, the smell comes from the bathroom manhole if forgetten open, the beds are not comfortable, the pillows are not good, the stove only one eye works. All windows mesh is damaged or missing. The spiders traces are every where.

The view, the people, the staff, the location, the working desk and chair, the towels, the washing machine, the neighborhood, Mr. ENRIE is a great man.

We were very comfortable in this place so we want to recommend it. The apparent is in a very quiet street with an amazing view of green tblisi. We only spent a few minutes with our host but we noticed the peace and good willingness into his eyes. From the very beginning he thanked our reservation and stayed in contact with us, we felt really grateful for him and his place.

Wonderful, clean, and comfortable! The owner is exceptionally kind, patient and open to communicating. The location is a bit farther out, but there's a fantastic view from the balcony that makes it worth it.

*beds could be made better with bigger bedsheet that stays in its place even if you move in sleep. *for couple that wants to have sex not ideal as there is no real double bed.

*i have been many times in georgia and visited lots of apartments and i think its very hard to get better quality in this price range. i paid 35gel/night with genius discount. the house is build solid and robust and has huge potential for renovation and improvement ( sound insulation...). in contrast to many other georgian buildings that are very old or resemble more containers or barracks and need to be flatten down and build new because renovation doesnt pay off. this architecture and place is really worth investing in. from an investors perspective its my favourite apartment. and in remindst me very much at the house of my own famely. *many cases and warderobe to put clothes and stuff

* boiler power is too low ( probably it got downregulated with additional fuse) these are probably not 1500 watts despite boiler itself has 1500 watts. its difficult if you want to take a bath of 4 -6 h, to get enough hot water. * relatively poor sound insulation( you can hear neighbours having sex - i mean this periodic sound you know what i mean) - for me no problem as i am very insensitive. but for georgia the sound insulation is actually standard or even good for this price range. * it would need stronger light - the light in the kitchen and living room is too weak, it neads additional light for cooking and reading - best a light on the table * light in front of house was damaged and didnt get repaired - problems finding key whole.

The location is not at all optimal if you plan to explore the city, although you could still commute every day for sightseeing if you were very motivated, since bus and metro transportation options are abundant. One needs 60-90 minutes from the door to reach places in and around the city center. If you just want to hole up somewhere for a while, though, this place is good.

I stayed here twice for about 10 days each time. The apartment is the top floor of an old cinder block house. It does not look very cheery from the outside, but it is just as good as and almost certainly bigger than almost any place you can find in the city center for a comparable price. The space is austere but clean; the mattresses seem fairly new. All of the equipment works and nothing is half-broken or hanging by a thread. The wifi is quite functional and there are two apparently independent networks available--once one of the networks was down for several hours, as happens periodically in Tbilisi, but the other one continued to work. The view across the valley to Shavnabada monastery--which is invisible from the city center--is worth taking in, especially at night. Importantly for winter time, the hot water is very good--the best I experienced in Tbilisi, by which I mean: 1. The water becomes hot instantly. 2. It stays hot--none of my showers went cold partway through. 3. It maintains a stable temperature--I did not have to constantly fiddle with the knob to counteract fluctuations in temperature. 4. The water pressure is strong. There is only one heater for the whole apartment in the bedroom, however it keeps the bedroom quite toasty, and if you leave the bedroom door open the rest of the space will not get very cold. Finally, there are plenty of food shopping options at the intersection at the start of the road that leads to the house.

Nice quiet apartment on the outskirts of Tblisi. A great place if you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Getting into the city is only a 15 lari Bolt ride away.
