A three-storey private house in a quiet, almost suburban part of the city. Has its garden with a great view, a porch swing and a little patio, perfect for having morning coffee. Rooms are clean and rather comfortable. Has an amazing view at sunset (pics attached) The owner is very kind and outgoing, there’s also a very friendly and cute shepherd dog!

Didn't look like pictures. It's being renovated and still not ready. There are lots of stairs and the location is on the hill. Please mind it if you're traveling with a baby stroller, lots of luggage or have limited mobility.

Nice view of the city. Walking distance to the city centre. The owner is very nice and helpful. There's a dog, German shepherd but he's friendly and playful.

The outside didn't look anything like pictures. There is a big dog that was loose and scared my wife and the guy wouldn't keep the dog away or on a leash. We had to run toward the door to get out or walk in very quietly so the dog wouldn't notice and jump on us.

Very cool owner of the house, he tried to assist us in every way. We arrived at night and he was there for us. He also showed us the city, the interesting places, gave us various advice about the country. We arrived for the winter holidays and everything was made very beautiful, with various lights. The garden is nice and there is good view of the city. I prefer a house way more than an appartment in a city block. You can meet other tourist people, there is garden and a lot of space. There is also a gazebo in the garden where people can gather and eat in the summer. There is also very cool dog called Doni, he is very playful, we became friends with it. I'm very happy and when I come back to Tbilisi, I'm going back here. It feels like I'm at home.

The host is a very nice person. The rooms are clean and you have enough space. Its close to the train station and gold market. Iys easy to get there if you are traveling from the airport. They also have a very sweet and kind dog. He is always coming to say hello when youre coming back after a long day exploring the city. Greetings Kevin

The owner had a visit of multiple drunken Russian men who kept trying to get into our room. Random objects appeared in our room. The owner barged into our room in the morning without knocking. The whole place is a construction site so expect dust everywhere. I travel with my boyfriend and we were asked about our sexuality when we went to party.

Thank you very much for everything. The owner of the apartment are very friendly and helped me with everything. I felt like I was among my family. The owner and his family are very friendly and respectful of the guest. I did not feel that I rented the apartment, but rather that I lived among my family, and their dog is beautiful and harmless, and he maintains the house and the people. A very special experience. I hope from everyone. To choose their home and enjoy the garden and the distinctive view from the house. If I return again, I will definitely return to this place, and I thank the owner and his family very much. They helped me in everything, even in my wandering between cities and explaining to me the tourist places that I did not expect to visit.

A detailed review When i arrived to check in, the owner informed me that the room i booked isn't available so he will give me a better one with air conditioner, washing machine, and a kitchen, i was happy and pleased, after 4 nights he came asking me to move to another room, because apparently he overbooked all 3 rooms that he has, i agreed to move, because i am an understanding person , he also informed me that he is renovating that's why it's a bit of a messy situation, next day he woke me up to move, to a very messy room, he barely put new bed sheets in it, he showed me the washroom which was definitely not private full of his things " his tooth brush, luffa, shaving kit and one used toilet roll" I wasn't pleased, as this is not what it was showing in the picture, i told him you can't leave your personal toiletries behind and call it clean, he apologized saying" i am sorry i just didn't have time to remove my things as i am busy so I tend to forget" I was mad as i can understand many things but this level of carelessness, i paid the full price for a very messy situation, i couldn't sleep because the room smelled like smoke, bedsheets as well, it was a restless night, he informed me that somebody will check out soon so i can move out to another room, i was a mad as he keeps moving from a place to another as if i don't have a business but to pack and unpack, i didn't go out that day i was just exhausted 2 precious days were taken from my one week vacation so i simply decided to leave, he refunded me only one night even though i moved out the next day with 2 nights left So dear reader, just know, that it depends on your luck when you arrive, as he might place you in any available room not the one you booked.

Cold. Cold. COLD! It was extremely cold in the room. About 15° C. Zurab, the hotel owner, didn't provide me with extra heat even when I asked him. He increased the temperature of the room's heat, but it didn't work. So he said that he couldn't give me the heat, cos the electricity price will take all the money I paid for the week. There's no signboard. When I arrived from the airport, it was unclear a little that I had arrived in the right place. They have a watch dog. He's a good boy. But it was a little scary to enter the gate, cos I needed to yell and ask if it was the hotel. Internet is a mess there. They turned the internet for 5 or more times when I was staying there. Somebody just turned the router off. Not enough facilities. A shower gel and a shampoo weren't enough for one week. I used it for two times and it has ended. The lights are less than needed. And the switch is far away from the bed. They need to make an extra light near the bed. Although they have cables. No fridge. There's no breakfast in the hotel. And no fridge. Which is not that convenient. They should provide a small fridge to each room.

Zurab invited me to eat and drink with them right after I arrived. A watch dog doesn't bite. He plays. Good speed of the internet. Clean and safe. You have the key from the room.
