The location of the property is awesome. Just facing the green meadows and the mountains overlooking the caucasus peak at Kazbegi. The cabin was so warm and clean and theme Gorgi our host was so welcoming and helpful. We loved it

The best vacation ever! Mr giorgi helped us with everything we needed and even gave us nearby places to go and eat and it was delicious! the cottage is sparkling clean with a beautiful view and and comfortable beds and our own private parking spot for the car , i can’t recommend this cottage enough if you are visiting kazbegi this is the cottage for you and if i could i would give this place 20/10! 100% would visit again someday!

Everything was fine.

The cabin was in a perfect location — outside the main town, yet close enough that getting to the hiking trails was easy. The area was peaceful and quiet, and the host was very helpful. He was responsive and gave us some useful tips. The view from the terrace was absolutely amazing, and the cabin had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. If we ever come back to this region, we would definitely choose this place again.

The stay at this wonderful place was an absolutely delightful experience. The spaciousness of the accommodation immediately stood out—it felt open and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. Every room offered stunning Mountain Views, making each morning a treat to wake up to. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. I also loved the charming Christmas tree in the living room, which added a cozy, festive touch to the ambiance. The entertainment was top-notch too, thanks to the big smart Samsung TV that made movie nights a real treat. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others or return for another stay!

It had everything needed for our stay - kitchen utilities and appliances, extra blankets for warmth, etc. Giorgi, the owner, was very helpful. He guided our driver to the area and helped us with our bags. He was there whenever we needed something or had any questions. Overall it was a really comfortable and safe stay, the views were breathtaking and unreal! It was the perfect staycation ☺️

I recently stayed at a wonderful guest house in Kazbegi, and it was an experience to remember. Set against the backdrop of stunning mountain views, the guest house offered a perfect blend of comfort and local charm. The rooms were cozy, featuring super comfy mattresses and warm blankets that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. I slept so well, wrapped in warmth with the peaceful mountain silence around. The host was incredibly welcoming! The blend of beautiful views, homey comfort, and exceptional hospitality makes this guest house a top choice for anyone looking to fully enjoy the Kazbegi region. Highly recommended!

There were no blankets, sheets provided for some of the beds. Bathroom door gets locked from outside, not from inside - strange, I know.

The entire cottage is beautiful and fine. Enough space inside, TV, etc. are good.

Pictures not clear that there are two cottages and not one.

Great place, close enough to shops and restaurants with a fantastic view. Most notably a super friendly host, helped us every step of the way with whatever it was we needed. Even helped us bringing back a bracelet we had left at the cottage. Thanks again for the fantastic hosting!

We stayed here for 2 days both the days there was no electricity and water in the morning to freshen up and we were late to go out. There is no easy access for food Need to buy the dinner or items to prepare breakfast before reaching the cottage

The view was amazing and even the cottage was neat and clean
