The owner was super friendly and welcoming. She helped us with cooking some eggs we had bought previously. The AC was working very well and made the room cold in no time. There is a small fridge in the room. This however could not compensate for the rest of the things we didn't like

The first room we were shown had no windows, was super dark and small. We were super disappointed. After we considered leaving, the owner showed us another room that was facing the street and was a bit better. The floors had uneven and worn out laminate throughout. The bathroom/shower area had moldy caulking. There was a lot of storage in the entrance hallway, under the stairs, in the corners. Felt more of a hostel style.

    Property response:

These were the most negative guests I've ever had. They were negative and looked for everything bad. For the price they paid, it was a great deal. Don't come to Georgia at all and eat boiled eggs at home.

We loved Maia, our host. She was so loving and kind, made us a delicious breakfast every morning. Especially the salads and grape juice! The rooms are traditional Georgian and clean. The area was quiet so we slept very well.

The owner was incredibly helpful, the guest house was very clean, and comfortable. It is not in the city centre but is only 10 mins walk from the metro station. Also I should say that, despite whatever anyone might see on any media platform, certainly while I was there Dec 2024 there are no problems in Tbilisi, everything is very normal.

The cleanliness, functional facility, accessibility to walk around near metro, malls and shops and very safe to stay with. The owner Maia and Ilian are the best and very warm in accommodating and helpful to their guests like us on whatever we need during our trip.

    Nothing at all.

One word, disgusting. The room was dirty, stinks and has no windows. We have been in 12 different guest houses in Georgia typicaly price 60-80gel for 2 people with breakfest and everything was fine. But this was horrible. On breakfest we had like 4days old bread and the jam didnt smell good. Run away. I think in Tbilisi Is better to pay 100gel and it will be fine.
