Our hosts were friendly and always happy to have a chat over a glass of their homemade wine. Breakfasts were huge and delicious. The room and bathroom was clean, modern and comfortable. There was a balcony with table and chairs and a good view of the city, which was pleasant in the evenings. The city centre was about a half hour walk or a (cheap) taxi ride). I would definitely recommend this B&B - and it's excellent value too.

Excellent host, ready to help even though he doesn't speak English, but Google works. Comfy and quiet room with a balcony of nice city view. HUGE breakfast and there are changes every morning. It's up on a hill and not in the city center, but bus 353 stops right in front of the house, so no biggie. Really enjoyed my stay.

I spent a couple of days in this accomodation and I was just delighted! I can say that if we look at quality per price relationship, this hotel was the best one I stayed in. The owner was really nice, and he speaks perfectly russian. He drove me from the airport to the hotel, even tho my flight came late. For breakfast, each day it was different and really variated. I am a big men (1.90m, 100kg) and the breakfast was that big that I couldn't finish it completly. Just 100/10. Highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to spend some time in this beautiful city.

It's not a big deal but it's not close to downtown but you can spend around 15min to get there by bus.

This is a nice hostel, a comfortable room with a great view from the balcony. But overall, the people and service are amazing and charming, always willing to help you, care about all that you need, and have an exceptional and generous breakfast. It made us feel at home.

I consider ourselves very lucky to have chosen Georgian Hosts Tbilisi. Our host and his whole family were amazing hosts, above and beyond expectations. The accommodation is in a great location - we enjoyed being able to walk around the area every day, plus the views are really worth the climb. The room is fully equipped, spotlessly clean and catering for all needs. Every day we were treated to a varied breakfast of local food, which was delicious every day - I give a huge A++ for the desserts!:) I can only speak in superlatives - we are very grateful for the kind hospitality - because this was not just an accommodation, we felt like real guests.

Absolutely lovely stay with the most friendly hosts :) I stayed here as a solo traveler and felt so welcomed and comfortable! The room is great and an incredible breakfast is served in the morning (thanks so much for accommodating vegetarian options 😊). Loved trying homemade wine and learning about family life in Georgia! Thanks to Kakha and the whole family 😊

Only one point that may you consider not staying is distance from center of Tbilisi or metro. We walked to metro each day twice and loved it, but somebody may consider it as something negative

A wonderful, very sincere and caring family made us feel at home. We were in a wonderful and comfortable room, with a wonderful view at the mountains of the city. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, maden with all heart and care. Our dear host Kakha generously treated us with his homemade wine. We had a great time in the family and already miss it❤️
