Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyI had a wonderful stay at this hostel! It’s perfectly located in central Tbilisi, within walking distance of all the main sights, great food spots, and public transport. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a very cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was in order. One of the highlights was the WiFi — it worked flawlessly and was very fast, which was a huge plus. Definitely recommend Eva's Pavaroti for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

RussiaCozy, historical, and truly Georgian hospitality in the heart of Tbilisi We stayed at Eva Pavarotti in the heart of Old Tbilisi and were absolutely delighted! This is not just a place to sleep — it’s a real home with soul and history. The owner, Nini, is incredibly warm and attentive. From the very first moment, you feel genuine hospitality and care — she doesn’t just host guests, she welcomes them into her personal story. One of the most unique and memorable parts of our stay was the basement — a real archaeological treasure! Ancient arches, fragments of old walls, and artifacts discovered right under the building make your stay feel like a small journey through time. Nini shares the history of these discoveries with so much love and respect that you truly begin to feel the spirit of the Old City. The rooms are clean, cozy, and full of character, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the location is perfect, and it’s just a short walk from all the main attractions — Eva Pavarotti is an ideal place for anyone who wants to experience the real Tbilisi. Huge thanks to Nini for the warm welcome and for sharing her story and her city with such care! We will definitely be back!

United KingdomThe room is long and thin and you can only get into the double bed from one side. There isn't much room for open suitcases.
The apartment / bedsit is in the ground floor of a historic building in the old town. The surrounding area is rather dilapidated but felt safe. The apartment is new, bright white and functional. It was quiet. It is a short walk to the airport bus stop, restaurants and museums. it is 15 mins to the Baths. Nini showed us the underground temple which was discovered by chance during renovations. It was very interesting. Nini is extremely fast in replying to WhatsApp and access was easy. She stored our cases for the afternoon on our departure day.

BulgariaAmazing host. Amazing authentic building. One of the reasons we enjoyed our trip in Tbilisi was our stay at Eva’s Pavaroti. Friendly and smooth communication with the host from the moment we booked until after we left. Nini managed to accommodate our request to check-in earlier and to store our luggage on the day we left. She welcomed us in the nice studio with house wine, produced by her father - what a nice touch. The studio was new, fresh, well-maintained, clean and had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Free and fast WiFi. Nini recommended a place to eat and we loved it. In the area, you can also find a great choice of bars, cafes, art shops and many places of interest in the old town. We happened to stay during the national Day of Georgia and loved the festive vibe in the city. If you are looking for accommodation in Tbilisi, trust the high reviews this property has. We are happy we did 🇬🇪🍷🫶

A beautiful, tranquil place to stay, quiet, but just yards to the old town’s centre. I stayed twice, and I’d stay a third time if it was available my next weekend in the city. It’s an oasis of calm, which I kind of need, and which at the budget end of the spectrum is hard to find. Nini has thought of everything — it’s clean, well organised, thoughtful touches such as iron, coffeee/tea, etc.

IsraelWe had such an amazing stay at Eva’s Pavaroti. The most important thing about this place was our host Nini. She’s lovely person, very intelligent and fond of her business, we felt literally like our old friend is taking care of us ( Nini took us from the airport, explained everything, answered to our questions). The location of the apartment is absolutely magnificent, it’s placed in the heart of the old Tbilisi and very close to the center. Eva’s Pavaroti place has a lot of history, it’s actually built as a patio neighborhood with a beautiful detailing. The apartment itself is very clean, very stylish, we had everything for our stay with lot of extras(including home made wine). Thank you Nini! We already want to come back.

Poland-
The apartment is really well designed and conveniently located. I loved the light fixtures, kitchen sink and battery, and the tiles. It's all very stylish. The building has a lot of charm and character. It even comes with its own cat, lol. It must have been fed by past guests as it always comes to the door when you come to the apartment. The hostess is really hospitable. I would definitely choose this place again when staying in Tbilisi. The only thing I would change is the shower curtain. I see how a shower door might not be ideal for this space, but something sturdier that doesn't stick to your back would be an improvement. Overall 10/10.

RussiaHonestly — nothing.
I had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment! The minimalistic design is both stylish and functional, creating a calm and uncluttered vibe. It is impeccably clean. The apartment is cozy, it has everything you need (well equipped kitchen, first aid kit, sewing kit, iron etc.). The apartment is right in the heart of the old city, so it’s perfect for getting out and exploring the area. At the same time, it’s a peaceful spot to unwind and relax after a day of sightseeing. The host is super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better!!

SloveniaWe stayed at Eva’s Pavaroti for 2 nights with our toddler & baby and really enjoyed our time there. The communication with our host who spoke perfect English was excellent since the beginning and we got a warm welcome once we arrived. The location is amazing, very close to restaurants and city attractions but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area. We arrived with our car and were able to park it at the entrance. The apartment is very nice and well equipped, it had everything we needed and the house itself is a true gem, one of the nicest houses in the city. We’d love to come again one day! Thank you Nini for your hospitality during our stay ☺️

United StatesPerfect blend of modern conveniences with historic, cultural and personal authenticity. Just the absolute best of travel experiences! Set amidst the oldest residential building in old Tbilisi, this enchanting, picturesque location offers a real local environment. Felt part of the neighborhood community. Absorbed the sights, sounds and rhythms of daily life. And our host, Nini, was a genuine treasure. Just a great host and person: kind, thoughtful, beautiful, knowledgeable, proud of her culture and heritage. Her personal story a lesson in resilience and imagination. Just a lovely, lovely person to get to know. And the Zoroastrian 'secret treasure' she discovered and is developing while exploring her property awaits your discovery!

United StatesEverything was perfect! As the apartment description mentions, this is a 1st floor unit but because of the big courtyard, we still had enough privacy and I enjoyed the private space.
This is the best of both worlds - a clean and modern apartment in a beautiful 300-year-old historic building with a huge courtyard. It is located in the heart of the old town, so it's super-convenient, and is also very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed and a fast internet connection. The host was fantastic! She was easy to contact and ensured I could quickly check in and enjoy my stay.

Stayed 8 nights in May. Contacted by host in advance. Host very friendly and helpful. Easy to find and well signed. Met upon arrival and greeted with wine. Ground floor flat is in a well-known traditional block, often visited by tour groups. The flat is quiet, newly renovated and well appointed, incl. washing machine. Very centrally located. Good value for money. Would have stayed longer but booked out!

United Arab EmiratesFor people that are not confident on staying in an apartment airbnb style, it might not be the place for you. But it is an active area even during the night, so it is not as bad as it seems.
Everything. This is the perfect place if you want to feel like you actually live in tbilisi. It is inside a small courtyard community with local living there. The room is a studio in ground floor with your own access and keys. Very close to the old town and a lot of restaurant, bars, and touristic spots. Nini the host was so sweet and helpful. She brought us a small gift and was keeping in touch in case we need anything. She recommended us some local dishes to eat and places to go. I really recommend you to try this place
