- I wouldn’t tell I didn’t like, but I would recommend to the hotel to fill up the waters every day in the room. - they might repair the wind protection windows on the terrace - They might put more hangers to the walls

Bedclothes had holes and tears and were not ironed. We had to bring heavy bags on the third floor without elevator without any help.

It’s an ok small hotel good for a short time stay. Nothing fancy. View was great. Breakfast was fine. Staff is friendly. Area was quiet.

Breakfast was poor, boiled eggs were cold. And unfortunately, the room is a little noisy from the roadway if you book a room with a view.

Overall, it is a good hotel for its money. It's easy to find and check-in. The room was clean. The staff is very nice. The view of the cathedral was beautiful! Breakfast was available from 8 a.m., which is very handy.

No elevator in hotel. Rooms are very small and balconies are not actually balconies, french balcony with window. Shower hanger was broken so you had to hold on your hand during the shower. And the water pressure was very low and you can take a shower min 30-40 minutes (I guess this problem is about the city). They say free parking for hotel but they don’t help about the parking and the parking mafia drives you crazy they constantly asking money from you till you get the car out of area.

1. Elevator - lifting your own heavy luggage upstairs to your room. 2. Breakfast - the same variation everyday. 3. Reception - for 2 days receptionist doesn't speaks and understands english. 4. Room - AC working but not getting the desired temperature. 5. Toilet - bowl seat broken, no bidet, no shower curtain, shower hose barely reaches to the connector you have to stretched forcefully.

We had to switch rooms multiple times due to the lack maintence of the hotel. In our first room the air conditioner was barely working during the hot summer, and the swedge system in the toilet wasn't working. In the second room the bed ware poorly built and as a result they collapses the moment we laid on them.

Overall the stuff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the region. They recommended use many different tourist attractions around the city. They helped us out to switch rooms when needed and gave us all the amenities we needed for our stay.

In my room internet by Wi-Fi was not working at all. Some neighbours made a noise and mess, it was not critical however I woke up twice . In general hotel is good for this money.

Location of the property is very nice , it is opposite Holy trinity church.
