Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lovely apartment with a lot of character perfectly situated in walking distance from the main attractions of Tbilisi. The owner and his wife were very responsive to our requests and welcoming!

We want to cordially thank the owner, Levan, for this excellent stay! The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet (and still within the reach of the main attractions), the apartment is spacious and has very nice balconies. Last but not least, Levan was willing to help us and answered my message very swiftly and in a very friendly way.

Very minimal toiletries.
Central location, good friendly host, the apartment was in good, clean condition and was very cozy. The host was able to pick us up from airport and our parents and he provided us with parking spot, but you need to let him know about it in advance.

It's an incredible property - one of the best places we've ever been. cleanliness, comfort, location, everything here is perfect. On our next visit to Tbilisi we definitely will choose this place again. this apartment is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need. Some more utensils would have been an helpful. Parking is not available, but can find it outside with some patience.
Beautiful inside the apartment and nicely decorated. Felt like home. All amenities were available and Kat was available to help.

Great location - in the center but on a quiet street. Apartments are large and comfortable. Very friendly host who is always ready to help, show places or explain something. It is possible to transfer from and to airport. Host also provides excursions in and around Tbilisi P.S. to be honest, our stay was in Duplex Opera 2 (which is managed by the same owner and located in the same courtyard. Change was because of force majeure). We looked at the Duplex Opera 3 apartment, but decided not to move there, since there were too few days left until the end of our stay.

A very spacious beautifully decorated apartment with two cute balconies and a fireplace. The host was extremely helpful and flexible and understanding (we were travelling from Israel and our flight was delayed for many hours, we arrived late at night, he was monitoring the updates and met us at the airport). The price/quality ratio was perfect, probably the best we could get the last moment in this area. We totally enjoyed our stay!

This is a fantastic apartment, in an excellent location. It is far enough away from Rustaveli Avenue to be quiet but not so far up Mtatsminda hill as to make access exhausting. The interior of the apartment is renovated to a modern standard but retains some original features which are beautifully restored with some lovely furnishings. The rooms are comfortable, bathrooms modern and there are several areas to sit including two balconies overlooking courtyards of old apartment complexes. The host is a helpful person who is good at responding to questions. A really great place to spend some days in Tbilisi.
