The mattresses were very hard and the shower needed some repairing.

Best views in Stepantsminda, with Gergeti church is direct line of sight from the bed. The house was cozy and well equipped. We enjoyed barbecuing outside. The hosts have excellent taste and are very attentive.

A house in a perfect location, with very kind, friendly, and warm hosts. The house is very cozy, even in winter. Waking up to such a view from the window is amazing! We had a wonderful time celebrating the New Year

No good signs to find the place . Please add signs with arrows, or record a short video clip showing the route/path to the place. Would have been nice to meet someone at the place to help us get there and get to know the surroundings.

Very bad road to the hotel, hard to find

Fantastic view (Kazbegi, village, mountains). Nice terrace with hanging chair. Comfortable beds (with quite hard mattresses)

Nothing to dislike - it can be cold in the morning/evening, but hey, these are the Caucasian mountains.

Extremely nice location. Stepantsminda is already a very nice town, but this cottage is like the very last cottage, high up town, with only the mountain in your back. It gives you a remote feeling in a town that is already remote. What makes it a dream is the master bedroom that overlooks the whole town, but also shows the wonderful mountains with the Gergeti Trinity Church as an absolute highlight. Amazing falling asleep and waking up with this view! Also plenty of space to park your car.

I highly recommend everyone to go to Cozy Home Kazbegi,it is a beautiful views with the Gergeti Trinity Church of ,Kazbegi and Stepantsminda. From my experience i can tell that Cozy Home is the Excellent location with a great view of the Caucasian muontains ,lovely rooms,everything is new ,professional and hospitable staff especially Shorena,thank you so much for everything. We were group of 6 people and the cottage with 3 bedroom was not quite enough for such a group.

The way from main road to the cottage, there is some spiders under the bed.

Beautiful cottage with the best view ever in Kazbegi. The host was kind and he waited for us until night to give us the keys, also he helped us with the luggage. The host provided everything you need for staying in such a place.

This was a fantastic place to stay, with amazing views of the mountains in Kazbegi. I liked everything very much. The house is spacious, equipped with everything necessary. Everything is new, pleasing to the eye, done with taste. Very clean, modern and cosy cottage

The bathroom - always wet and leaking No soap, no toilet paper No curtains to close windows at upstairs rooms

The view and the rooms were great The maintenance guy was very good - fixed the broken lock right when we asked him

The host didn't show up for giving us the keys. We had to wait 30 mins with no contact from the property. Before leaving, we asked for the checkout procedure and didn't receive any answer. In the following afternoon, the host aggressively contacted us and told us that we should have left cash for paying the property but we already left and proposed him to pay through booking instead. The host refused and insisted we used 3rd party provider which we were not very confortable with, we got aggressive message and call from him the rest of the week until we settled it. Big lack of communication and add some stress to our travel, we would have happily pay in cash at the property but we could not.

No tea/coffee/sugar. Unstable wi-fi. The toilet and shower room is very small. The stove was weak, it took ~30 minutes to cook an omelette. No place to dry dishes. When it’s dark, there are no street lights so it feels uncomfortable to walk around.

When not foggy, there is a nice view from the bedroom.

Not the most comfortable beds or pillows, heated towel rack didn’t work, check in and out was inconvenient. It was hard to find.
