Nothing to dislike

Amazing property with a great view, you would not feel like leaving the cottage. All amenities are available inside the cottage. The owner Marie is also extremely polite and helpful. We had some trouble while arriving to Kazbegi and Marie helped us out. Walking distance from the busy station .Great experience must stay location in Kazbegi.

Wifi was sometimes a bit weak

The place is so peaceful and yet so very conveniently located to get around Stepantsminda by foot. The view here is also fantastic and we enjoyed at times to just sit on the sofa with a cup of tea and observe the magnificent view. The place itself is very spacious and has all the facilities needed to feel like home. Bedding and towels were all top quality. The hosts communication was great and they were super friendly and polite. We will be back to Stepantsminda in the future and will stay here again. Everyone i know says you must stay at the Rooms hotel in Stepantsminda, but after staying here i think why would i want to stay in an overpriced little box at the Rooms hotel when we could instead have all this space and comfort to ourselves.

The views are even more beautiful in person! The space was newly constructed and appointed with modern fixtures. The soaker tub with the front row seat to the mountain view was a great addition. Everything was spotless and contained all we needed for our stay. The property is located just a few minutes walk to markets and restaurants. It is in a residential area and at night can be a little noisy with celebrations and gatherings.

Everything was literally perfect , starting from the owner who made sure we are comfortable she's so nice , the cottage is well decorated and modern and everything u need is available. The kitchen is well equipped you can cook your own food or go to any of the nearby restaurant . The location is just 1 or 2 minutes from most shops and restaurants. And make sure to book 2 nights at least

Location, location,location! Newly build/renovated property with everything you need. You can comfortably sitting on the sofa and have great frontal view of Mount Kazibegi. Sunset and sun rise is exceptional!

Absolutely amazing place for a mountain getaway. The cottage is so nice that it can be tempting to just stay in there all day and laze and admire the views. But the surrounding area is gorgeous with so many hikes at your doorstep. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area-it’s a gem.

Wifi signal is not good

The room is big and beautiful, and the owner is very friendly. You can see the snow-capped mountains when you lie in bed.

The unit is cute and we loved everything. The unit is on a 3rd floor so just caution to those who have trouble with that.

The apartment cottage is located on a quiet street and has a stunning view of Trinity Church. The host was easy to communicate with. The interior of this unit is new and lovely. The owner has a good eye for design and comfort. It felt luxurious and comfortable. The small kitchen had everything we needed for our few days. The large soaker tub was very comfortable. There is a full separate bathroom with large shower. The views are gorgeous and the location to town was close, but the street is very quiet.

The only thing we didn’t like, is that we had to leave it.

Honestly, everything. The property is absolutely gorgeous, so much attention to detail to ensure our stay was comfortable, romantic and luxurious. The bed was so comfortable and the views were second to none. The bathroom was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice small touches like the Marshall speaker and the Jenga. The lighting was incredible. Would definitely return and will definitely recommend to friends.
