In order to improve the experience I would suggest the following: - install a shower curtain since all the bathroom floor and the toilet get splashed while having a shower - a better mattress and a bed would would make the experience much better for the people sleeping upstairs - pulling the weeds from the front yard would also improve the experience of the guests - if you plan to build other cabins please think of building the roof over the porch in order to be able to sit on the porch even when it’s raining

There was nothing unpleasant, except for a couple of very minor details that aren't even worth mentioning, they’re so insignificant. We liked everything about this property and enjoyed every moment we spent here.

A very pleasant hostess, cleanliness, location, a beautiful and comfortable environment for a family vacation, with amazing views. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a short-term vacation, which I needed. The photos and description from the website fully correspond to reality.

1) Requesting host to accept online payment mode in the future as it is much convenient than cash. 2) Front door and bathroom door need lubrication and repair. 3) Warm water took a lot of time to come so many times we simply washed with cold water. 4) Stove is not powerful enough for cooking. Consider replacing it. 5) Kitchen's and bathroom's white lights should be replaced with warm white to match the cottage's aesthetic.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Thank you for the hospitality. The cottage has everything you need. Clean, reasonably priced, warm, cozy, safe, well lit and ample space for car park. Host, Manana was always reachable and smiling. She also helped us with our ad-hoc queries on Kazbegi. The area is also well connected to nearby restaurants and supermarket. There are 2-3 indian restaurants (average). Khevi/Samani are great Georgian restaurants. Petrol pump is at a walkable distance and car wash are at walkable distance. There are many cottages in this area. Many just behind the property, even then there is sufficient privacy. - Gergeti Trinity church is 15 mins by car. - Juta Valley is 30 mins by car + walking. - Gveleti Waterfall is 15 mins by car. - Supermarket/central plaza is 2 mins by car, 15 mins by walk.

The cottage was beautiful and clean. We were very comfortable with everything. The owner was very friendly and active to respond. We were provided with everything we needed. And whenever we wanted something or asked for help with directions and transportation, she would always provide us with the information we needed. The location was also very good and close to markets, restaurants and bus station. We had a very good stay and we are planning to comeback soon.

Not a deal breaker but some suggestions: -Would be good to have a roll of kitchen towel -Kitchen windows need curtains/ privacy screens. There are cottages and construction work right behind the cottage and even though there was no one in the cottages, the construction workers could see right into the cottage. Bathroom is downstairs too, so there was a lack of privacy. -A shower screen is needed as there was water all over the floor in the bathroom after we showered. -We could find only 1 small mirror above the washbasin- a full length or at least a half length mirror is needed somewhere else in the cottage.

Beautiful mountain views at the front. Very clean. Very nice, friendly owner who met us when we arrived. Owner was very responsive on whatsapp to any queries we had during our stay. The location is good, but needs more care. Like some plants in the garden and more green. Now is the garden empty and nothing special. The bathroom needs a curtain or something else, because when you take a shower now everywhere gets wet. We think that the price is quite high. It is an amazing stay, but needs a finishing touch. You have to pay cash. You can go to Rooms Hotel for ATM Georgian Bank. It takes only 2 Lari.

It was a nice stay in a beautiful cottage. Everything is quite new. The owner is very kind. She asked often if evertyhing was okey. The bed was also very good. The view that you get when you wake up is priceless. The wifi works great.
