For the price I paid, this room absolutely exceeded my expectations. Everything was simply amazing! The hostess was super friendly and kind, which made the stay even more pleasant. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was decent, and the flat-screen TV was a nice bonus for relaxing. The location was outstanding – right in the city center, yet the apartment was tucked away in a calm and cozy courtyard with no noise at all. As someone who wakes up from the slightest sound, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. I slept peacefully with no disturbances from outside. Even though the kitchen was shared, it had everything I needed. I also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided: bottled water, borjomi, tea, coffee, toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience and amazing value for money. I would definitely stay here again!

Very small room- not recommended for a family of over 3 people.

Neat and clean, smart tv functions, setup of the room, despite of a very limited space. Good location, which makes taxi and food ordering online very easy.

This is one of the best room I have stayed in Tbilisi over the past few years. Great location. There are many shops, cafes, parks, ATMs and bus stops nearby. Very nice and polite owner. Reacts instantly to bookings and actively responds to messages. The apartment is very clean, there is a separated large communal kitchen with everything you need. The room has a comfortable bed, high-quality bed linen and towels, bathrobe, disposable toothbrushes, slippers and shower products. Also provide additional water, coffee, tea in each room. I recommend this apartment!!!

Everything was fine, but I was not able to think to give more power to the radiator in order to get more heat. But that was my fault.

I like the personnel, and the clearness of the place. I will recommend that place for sure and will be staying there the next time for sure!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was one of the best decision we made for our trip to Georgia. The host is very quick to respond to all our queries. The property has car free parking in its premises. Rooms are clean and provided with all basic amenities. Supermarkets, fast food , shopping and money exchanges are quite nearby. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for stay in Tbilisi.

It's very comfy guest house. The manager service is exceptional: he provided me with all necessary data in advance. The house is near major avenue, there are a lot of restaurants and ATMs nearby.

It was impossible to lock the door from inside. Theoretically any person who knows the door code can come in. Locking the door could help guests to feel more secure.

Self Check-in is quite convenient, especially when you come at late night. Tidy room and bathroom, big comfy bed, good pillows. It was pleasant to find a couple of bottles of water, tea, coffee and a kettle ready to boil water.

Absolutely incredible accommodation at a great location in the town - located next to the bus lines downtown and only minutes away from the metro. The large room is really well furnished with a beautiful bathroom, shower and extremely comfy bed! There are nice amenities like tea/coffee, water, soap, etc. The shared kitchen offers a washing machine as well. Everyday there is a wonderful housekeeper who is so kind and can help you with anything you need! We had a great stay.
