The tennis equipment and court were damaged and poor.

the rooms, the pools ( indoor &outdoor), the views, the breakfast. We went hiking in the area which was very beautiful and special and of course the relaxing beach. We took an all-inclusive route which was comfortable and good .

We wanted a really relaxing holiday, and that's what we got, we weren't disappointed with anything, which is very nice.

Breakfast was very good internal my opinion, starting a little later than we're used to, but this really helped us to relax even more

The staff can't be compeared with the Turkish one. The meals are very limited, elevator to the beach sometimes didn't go up.

Some staff was rude for no reason ,bad and cafe workers were nice From 12 till 15.00 cafe wasn’t working when we arrived at 13 and check in and was so hungry with child ,had to wait 2 hours for cafe to open And there no any other cafe or restaurant in walking distance at all Need to go by taxi to nearest city or village The hotel is isolated ,people should notice that No shop around ,nothing .

The view. Go for the view. It's phenomenal! Huge windows with a view to the horizon and the sunset. It's fantastic! We spent most of our time staring at the view! The location was great, too! Not in the city center to be bothered by the traffic and not really far from the city center if you're traveling by car. (10 km) Perfect location really. The breakfast was nice yet not too elaborated. It's enough to start a nice day!

The spa facilities could use an upgrade - some rooms in the sauna were out of order or a bit out of whack. The elevator going up and down to the beach was also out of order.

It was lovely to be immersed in the nature - it felt like a peaceful sanctuary. The view to the sea from the hotel (restaurant, rooms, pool..) is stunning and it's wonderful to have a spa, beach access, and the pool on the premises. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Mariam, one of the servers in the restaurant, was incredibly sweet and kind. Nana, the massage therapist, was exceptional. It was my second time in this hotel and I'm looking forward to coming back again.

Beautiful place with amazing view . Breakfast was good but it could be better for this kind of hotel . They have a lot of facilities that you can use free like billiard , saunas , indoor and outdoor pool , tennis, bathtub . I love pool view .

the pillows were too big and hard. i would have preferred smaller and softer.

the room was facing the sea, very clean, the sheets were comfortable and white clean it had a small fridge very big shower wit a view of the sea. easy access to the hotel facilities. the buffet breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. great coffee. in the evening there was nice qiet music in the pool/bar area. the spa area was great with an indoor pool, hot-tub and more. the hotel is located just outside batumi near the Petra fort and the banana plantation.

The staff at check in (his name was Gogi) was not too friendly, no smiles no welcome words, maybe just tired. Other than that all good. Oh there is a railway right under the hotel so you will hear and feel the train. but not too bad. and we didn't hear it at night so not that big of a deal

That was the best sea view I ever had and trust me ive been to many places. The room is huge definetly bigger than 60 sq m promised on booking com. We loved everything view, room, breakfast, facilities, spa, elevator to the beach!!

All inclusive option is not really "all inclusive". You can only select from few drinks, all served in plastic by the pool (while the paid restaurant serves in glass). No snacks between meals. Dinner served too early (19-21), so you lose the best sunset time. The internal restaurant for all inclusive is without any view. All inclusive restaurant is a buffet with various dishes and very good choice, but quality is not a 5-star hotel. I would suggest going for the breakfast included option (not all inclusive), then go for "à la carte restaurant" during the evening, which is outside with sea view.

The location and the room view from 5th floor were purely amazing. Outside swimming pool, private access to the sea, spa and sauna were all functional, clean and not crowded. Staff was always there for you. Covered private parking. Possibility to play bowling paying extra.

It would be really nice if some of the older equipment in the room would be replaced, like a hairdryer for example. Also I would expect more complementary items in the room for a hotel in this category. The elevator to the beach was out of order. The children of a certain age should not be allowed in the spa as it distorts the peace and quiet one would expect at such a facility. All of the above mentioned affects the value for money factor in our option.

We loved this beautiful resort with a boutique hotel feel, reminiscent of the old Hollywood glamour. My absolute favorite at the Georgian black sea coast. Second time and counting.. The pool was fantastic. The beds in the room amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, so was the food and the service at the restaurant on the hotel grounds. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
