Wasn't an issue, but you can hear every noise, when others are going up and down the stairs, using the toilet, shower etc.

I stayed for a short time only before my early morning flight, but it had all the comfort of a 3-4* hotel. Also the bathroom was very nice. There is no staff in the house so Bina will come when you arrive and check you in. She is a very nice lady, thank you for arranging the airport transfer. it's slightly out of the city center, but not too far, like 10 minutes of walking away. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Internet connection was good.

We loved everything about it. Exactly like the pictures. Comfortable beds and clean shower!! The hostess was magnificent. Anything i wanted i just kept asking her, she arranged us transfer from and towards the airport and even a mini trip to Prometheus cave!! She recommended restaurants and places to see. She answered every question patiently. She is amazing!! She will help you with anything. The hotel is really close to mini supermarket and about 15minutes walk from the center! Quiet neighborhood! We loved it there! Would definitely recommend it

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the comfortable and quiet centre, making relaxing and exploring the area easy. The room had everything we needed, including a freezer, kettle, and other useful amenities, making our stay more convenient. A special thanks to Tea, the hostess, who was incredibly helpful. Even after we checked out, she allowed us to use the shower and an available room, which was a huge relief before our journey. Her kindness made our experience even better. I highly recommend staying here!

Firstly, I’d like to point out that the staff was extremely friendly and ready to assist with any inquiries. The apartment was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and situated in an excellent location. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was pretty cozy, with restaurants and cafes nearby. The parking space was located near the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

"Bina N 28" has the best location in the oldest district of Kutaisi. It is very comfortable. The hotel is equipped with all necessary equipment. Is distinguished by its amazing cleanliness. The hosts are very hospitable and attentive. Best rating from me
