I think that this property is advertised as "bed and breakfast", but in fact they offer accommodation and access to kitchen where you can cook your own meals. No breakfast was offerred (but to be fair, I did not ask/did not check).

This property is located close to my friend's place, this is why I chose it. So for me, the location was ideal. It may not be perfect for someone who wants to explore central Tbilisi because it is quite far from the city centre.

I like view from the apartment balcony its a sharing lounge, it's peaceful n the host has provided kettle fridge and washing machine n the apartment is beautiful host is so nice n caring

I like the location but we can reach only by taxi or car as its on heights one time I try to reach by walk I couldn't breathe But the host n the property is super awesome 👌 💖

My room had a window facing on the nearby wall, which made a room a bit darkish.

Nice, and clean place. comfortable shared kitchen with astonishing view on the city. Host is very friendly and helpful. Location few minutes from the metro station which will get you pretty fast to the city center.

Located at the top of a dead end steet on a hill. Could be difficult for people and especially children to walk up. No easier way or path to get up to the main road to go to a shop or bus stop.

You can hear your neighbors. The road from the metro station to the hotel up to the mountain. This is a problem for old people, maybe. You do have not a lot of restaurants around.

Marina is a generous host. This is a real family-like guest house. I really recommend this place to everybody. The 3d level of the house has a great viewpoint from the balcony. This is amazing. The Internet is fast and works from your room

It may be noisy because of the wind some days (not very often). There is no cooker (but you have a microwave oven).

Nice and cozy rooms, everything's new. Good beds and bed linen. Very friendly hosts, you can always ask if you need something. Common spaces were cleaned every day. As I stayed the hosts bought a washing machine and a new fridge (instead of a smaller one). Good Wi-Fi, I had zoom calls and there were no problems. Metro is in 7-10 minute's walk. Yes, and a marvelous view.

I was disappointed with the location. Basically, it is an egde part of the town, and it looks and feels quite rural. Dogs barking around; sometimes, quite annoyingly (when you try to work). My room had a single window; but that window never had any sun in it; actually, I could only see another building's wall and nothing else. Staying long in the room was tiring. Sometimes, there would be a smell coming out of my room's bathroom for an unclear reason. During my 2-week stay I several times had to ask other guests to be quiet at night time so that I could sleep.

The house is well-built and well-equipped. It was always quite warm and clean inside. The view from the balcony in the shared space is magnificent — the whole area around is open; the balcony was my favorite spot. The kitchen: the fridge, the kettle, the microwave, the tableware — all that was good and useful. Quick access to the underground nearby, like ~10 minute walk. Internet / WiFi has worked very well.
