A bit noisy at night, as the hotel is close to a busy street along the river.

Excellent location right in the center, 10 minutes to Liberty Square, close to the old city, a 30-minute walk from the Mtazminda cablecar road station (if you walk down, it might be longer if you climb up). The rooms are at the back of the former London Hotel was the best in Tbilisi at the end of the 19th century.

It’s a little hard to find since it is reached via an archway and into a courtyard but call the owner and she will explain the way :)

Really cosy room within a short walking distance of Freedom Square, the parliament and a lot of restaurants. The room was clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Hard to bring up heavy luggages

It was clean but no tub like in the photo. They provide utensils, plates, cups & kettle. Good location but climbing required. / walk distance to supermarket.

There were a couple of small issues - the main shower head fell off and we could not replace it. There was also bad smell in the bathroom the entire time.

The location was fantastic, and the staff were very helpful and responsive. A great base from which to explore Tbilisi.

It was a bit difficult to find the premises due to the no sign/name of the hotel placed anywhere.

Pretty close to many central attractions, it is easy to walk everywhere. Stuff was quick to answer queries and very helpful.

This property was behind a residential building. The room was very clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable. Also, it was near walking distance to all the attraction.

Very poor soundproofing, please take along earplugs to the trip. Otherwise if neighbors start talking at night, you won't be able to sleep. Also, cleanliness is not very good, there were different hairs below our bed sheet.

Very polite and responsive administration, who speaks Georgian, English and Russian. The has fulfilled all that we've asked in the process. The hotel is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi.

Great location, clean, stayed for 5 days and no concerns whatsoever. Yes, it’s not a 5-star experience but I also did not pay for a 5-star experience. If that’s what you’re looking for, book the Swissotel that’s right next to it.

Unwelcoming reception. No signage.Taxi drivers got lost. Enter rooms via old fire escape metal stairs. Walls dirty. No daily bottled water as stated, no room clean up, did not see anyone after check in for 5 days. Room situated between two multi- lane roads with exceptional traffic noise. Curtain too small in room, no curtain in bathroom leading to privacy issues. Bad sewer smell from toilet. Requested cash receipt and invoice upon" checking in". Took money but no receipt. No one speaks English although this is clearly stated. Have always enjoyed many trips to Georgia. This one certainly wasn't one of them.

A lit of things actually: 1- the room was not very good: the lamps are broken and the light is constantly going on and off. 2-The fridge made an irritating noise we couldn’t sleep the first night. 3- the room had dirty walls 4- the staff was not the friendliest: we asked them if we could put our luggage at the administration she was like you should say this in advance vacate the room immediately ( we didn’t even want to stay longer in the room just to keep our staff in the administration in a safe place ) she replied in a rude way when I told her this is not a good way to reply to customers she was like ‘you should go to a fancier hotel if you need a good room’. I had a bad experience, I will not recommend even though location is very good but they have to work on their services and hospitality.

The location is good and there are utilities that you can use like iron and hair drier.

Staff were really rude and unpleasant to deal with- and particularly unhelpful when trying to locate the property which is not marked on google maps. There were no kitchen facilities to even make tea, room smelt of sewage and apartment required decorating as walls had dents and chips of paint missing.

The deluxe room is noisy at all times, as windows don’t close properly. For the same reason it is quite cold in November, though there’s air conditioning. For some reason sheets were too small for the size of the bed and we had to fix it constantly. Staff could use more hospitality. All in all, I wish I’ve paid more to sleep better

Great location, we hardly used any transportation as first time visitors. Bathtub is stunning. This is really a great value for money in Tbilisi.
