I loved everything. The owner is very nice as she sent me a message before the arrival with the location and explained everything about the apartment. There are two rooms, living room, kitchen and an equipped kitchen.

Well, you need to be ready that the apartment is not super modern. Lots of different things inside need to be changed/repaired because they are "tired". Of course it will increase the price.

Perfect location and price. Large and quiet apartment near different places you may want to visit in the city center. Everything is pretty clean and useful. The street road is narrow and not very "popular", so you don't hear the cars during the day/night. A playground just in front of it was a very big plus.

Nothing, I highly recommend Apatment on Nano for a wonderful stay in Georgia.

The location is perfect, close to bus station, grocery stores, restaurants, train station. The apartment is perfect for family or group of friends, kitchen is very functional, 3 bedrooms and the living room where you can relax at the end of the day, they have clean towels, toiletries and wieghted blanket for the cold season. We enjoyed our stay, Shota, Phikiria and Nano were very accommodating even offered airport transfer for reasonable price only. It's highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit Georgia.

No bidet in the toilet area. I suggest to change the lighting to make the apartment more bright

Absolutely fantastic stay at Pikria's Nano Apartment in Georgia! The space was cozy yet modern, with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Appartment is maybe a bit 'old', but definately still good enough and for sure value for money.

We could have started earlier for the tour to explore of of the places and although was too kind to us, it would be nicer if he can explain the places where to go.

Actually we only booked for the room only and location near to the heart of the city. The apartment owners were so great. We consider the place same as our own home. Homy, comfortable and quite . From day 1 to day 3 the owner brought us to famous places in Georgia. I can recommend to my friends and relatives if they are looking for a cheap and good place to stay.

A very comfortable and nicely furnished apartment is in the centre of Tbilisi, just a few steps from the city's main square and the Liberty Metro Station. There are many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood; my favourite one is Pasanauri. The host was very lovely and supportive. Met me at the arranged time and came to take the keys at the requested time. The apartment was very warm and comfortable, and the bed was very comfy. There were 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and a kitchen in the apartment. The apartment occupies 2 floors, in the first floor 1 kitchen and 1 bedroom and the main rooms, including the bathroom were on the 2nd floor.

Extremely Misleading – Unpleasant Stay in Tbilisi This accommodation is located in an extremely outdated and poorly maintained building in Tbilisi that feels more like a forgotten back alley than a proper hotel or guesthouse. The exterior is cluttered with random old furniture, hanging laundry, and even a parked vehicle directly beneath the windows—completely destroying any sense of comfort or aesthetics. The building shows clear signs of long-term neglect: peeling paint, cracked walls, and a creaky, noisy wooden floor that adds to the discomfort. To make things worse, the surrounding area is filled with unpleasant noise day and night, making rest nearly impossible. While the first glance inside may seem okay, it quickly becomes clear that appearances are deceiving. The furniture is extremely old, damaged, and in some cases broken beyond use. Even basic privacy is lacking—neither the room door nor the bathroom door closes properly, which made the stay feel awkward and stressful. The so-called “view” from the window is shockingly bad—facing a crumbling structure made of rotting wood, rusted metal, and broken-down elements. There is no city charm or pleasant outlook, just a grim and claustrophobic scene. We had paid for two nights, but the conditions were so uncomfortable that we escaped early in the morning of the second day—just to get out of that space. Overall, the place feels like a neglected storage yard rather than a guesthouse in the heart of Georgia’s historic capital. Tbilisi deserves better—and so do its visitors. This stay was a major disappointment and not what was promised in the listing.
