Not all the windows were opening, ironing board was not stable but nevertheless I managed to iron our clothes

I really enjoyed my stay at Merabi's Apartment. The location is excellent - just a pleasant 15-minute walk to the main area - and the apartment itself is spotless and well-maintained. There’s an Agrohub nearby where you can conveniently buy fresh food and groceries. I especially liked the terrace, perfect for relaxing, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable for work or streaming. All the facilities and equipment were in great working order, making the stay very comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended! Madina, sincerely

We survived the great Batumi blizzard of 2025 here. While the streets were treacherous and cold, Apartment Merabi was always warm and comforting. We loved this place and were sad to leave

A bit water leakage from the shower cubicle but it does not undermine much our stay.

The house owner is very kind and responsible to requests very quickly. The studio has a glass partition that makes it like a one bedroom unit. Very smart design. The pillows and the mattress render good sleep and the bedings are of good quality. The dining table is also a credit that is big enough to serve as working desk for more than two people. The studio is clean and tidy, very warm even in winter time.

It's a bit far away from all the interesting things

The place was really nice and had enough space for me to work, cook and enjoy my time. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. It's 30 minutes walking from the beach but you have a few nice supermarkets around and a nice local bakery just 3 minutes walking.

It is a bit noisy area, but I don’t think you can find a quiet place in Batumi. At least not nearby downtown. The a/c placed in a such way that it can barely cool down the bed side of the room.

From what could be improved: - sometimes the speed of the Internet was reduced and you could not watch streaming videos. - sometimes the shower required additional adjustment. After hot water was periodically cool, it most likely depends on setting the boiler heater. I think this problem will soon disappear.

Very comfortable apartment with interesting designer repairs. The apartment has new appliances, clean everywhere, so no questions were raised. The accommodation was very comfortable. The location is very good, not quite close to the sea, about 15-20 minutes to the beach, from that not so many people around. Near several shops, vegetable and fruit shops, including the famous and the only in Batumi store network - Agrohub, where you can buy food from other countries. The owner of the apartment - Merabi is very friendly, responsive and responsible to receive guests.
