The owner was kind to provide us with late check out. Location was good. They provided complimentary water in fridge. The apartment was clean.

It was old and had only one small AC which is not enough for the whole apartment. Bathrooms and kitchen were very cramped. TV is old and only be connected to cable tv. There was No Bidet in the toilet.

Location is perfect

Hair dryer was out of order, the sink was clogged, the whole place dusty, no tv signal. The owner promised to fix it all

Very affordable, great location. Will book again if I return to Tbilisi.

Most of my filipino friends are coming to georgia. And as a filipino we prefer to have bedit as were more into water when using toilet .. or else atleast have some we call it “TABO” or dipper😀

The host, location and space are very nice. The windows are in shade and there is a tiny little courtyard in front of the flat. The host were extremely kind and allowed us to stay an extra two hours because of the late arrival of new guests.

It was difficult to find the place because Google or Yandex don't show the way to the house, and there are several houses with the same number 111. The owner tried to connect us, but my phone was unavailable. The bathroom was a bit damp and there was no ventilation.

Just being picky toilet took ages to fill back with water and when there 3 of you sometimes got tricky

Brilliant location (central yet quiet!) quick responses, and a comfortable home. The beds are comfy and everything was clean.

Only downside is that the kitchen area is tiny, and didn't have any glasses or bowls, and while one double bedroom is separate and has a door, the other twin room is actually also the living room space and has no door between it and the hallway/kitchen area, so a bit less private.

Perfect location, near shops, subway. 2 bedrooms. 1 separate and 1 in the living room. The owner was really helpful and friendly. If I go back, I would book the same flat.

It can be noisy due to people outside having long conversations in the middle of the night. A bit more kitchen space would be nice and cosy night lamps as well.

great thanks to Nana, who greeted us in Tbilisi! She is very hospitable and kind. The location is awesome, everything you need just 1-2 min walking. Super clean and neat apartments.

During winter time it’s a bit cold. There is no washing machine. Shower was a bit broken, we had to repair it)

The house is decent, but if you are in a group of 5-6, the heated water tank is small to give you a warm bath. The location is a good value for your money. The street is IG-worthy and accessible to public transport. It is also close to the metro station and the river if you want to have a morning stroll.

Apartment is perfect. Close to the metro station Marjanishvili and bus 337 from the airport. Owners very helpful and hospitable.
