We just loved our host - Mari. She stayed in touch when needed, was a very friendly person and spoke excellent English. The apartment was very pretty and comfortable, all facilities working fine. It was also very clean. Location great!

The apartment is located right in the heart of the city, near plenty of places to sit, eat, and enjoy. The design of the apartment is amazing, beyond all expectations (yes, even compared to the photos we saw on the website). The apartment is spacious, clean, filled with good vibes, and fully equipped with kitchen tools and everything needed for a stay in the city as a traveler. The communication with the owner was fantastic; she responded quickly to every request and helped us far beyond what we expected! She's a very kind and polite woman. She told us that all the artwork in the apartment was created by her husband, the artist – everything is very impressive! Tbilisi was wonderful to us, and the city is full of attractions and great people. The European-style architecture is magical, full of culture and art, and the apartment definitely fits perfectly with the picturesque city.

Mari is a wonderful and welcoming host! The place is in a great location with the charming atmosphere of old Tbilisi. There’s a nice park nearby, along with shops, cafes, and currency exchange points. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much, Mari!

The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

Our host was very hospitable. I can say that she was more like a friend than a host. The location of the house was great, and it was next to one of the largest Christmas markets. We could walk to old Tbilisi and the restaurants we wanted to go to. You can find everything you want in the huge Carrefour nearby. There is all the equipment that a home should have so that you can complete your holiday without leaving home.

The location is both central and quiet, with numerous amenities in the vicinity. The apartment is situated in an old building, but has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing perfect communication and hospitality.

Not much wrong. Possibly the kitchen would benefit from a microwave.

Very central location. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for 2 people buy could accommodate 3 comfortably. Very quiet location but you only have to walk through the park to be on the Rustaveli Avenue, alternatively the river is a similar distance the other way. Communication with the owner was very simple and helpful.

Our stay in Tbilisi was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to Mari, our wonderful host. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, providing helpful tips and support throughout our stay. Her kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home. The apartment itself is an absolute gem—cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It has everything you could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed and a lovely living area to relax in. The attention to detail in the décor really added to the charm of the space. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tbilisi and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable home away from home. Everything was great

The location is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is located in a reconstructed district right in the center of the city and located is close to all the most famous sights. The apartment looks cozy and extremely clean. Huge thanks to Mari, who welcomed us early in the morning as far as we arrived to the city. She kindly showed us around the apartment and was always happy to help in case of need. I’m absolutely sure that I’ll be happy to stay here one more in case I’ll be in Tbilisi.

It was all great

This cozy apartment was absolutely perfect for us, 3 friends traveling to Tbilisi for the first time..Mari was an absolute delight and met us at the airport for both flights that came in at different times of the day. The apartment is so cute, beautifully decorated with her husband's own art work. It's location, east walking distance to all main sites in Old Tbilisi. Highly recommended.

Everything

A beautiful compact apartment. Very nicely suited for a small family or a group of friends not exceeding 4. The place is spotlessly clean and lovely. It has everything that you could need. Very centrally located with restaurants and pubs close by. Yet peaceful within. Highly recommended. Mari was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us her place and explained everything. Also when we left. She organised a cab for us to the airport at a good price. However the second bedroom is on a higher level ( with a small bed) accessible via a steep staircase (visible in the photos). Those with mobility issues should be aware. Otherwise perfect in every way. Thank you Mari. 😊🙏🏼🌷

Small Shower place is the only thing. But we got used to it

We love and return there every time we can :) Location! Design and style! Mari - owner is the best one! Already as a good friend! We stayed there 4+ times:) Every time we are thinking about smth new and bigger to try and always book from Mari if it is available. 2 other apartments we had in the time this one was booked - were much lower level and no wish to return. Even they were bigger and with normal shower

The bathroom was very small and the shower was not covered so that EVERYTHING got wet when you took a shower. It was a bit annoying. Also there was no microwave, which would have been very helpful (as a suggestion, it could be placed above the refrigerator).

Ideally located near a supermarket, eateries, and bars. About a 10 min walk to Freedom Square and the Old City part of Yerevan. Clean, cozy apartment with a comfortable bed. Host Mari and her husband were beyond friendly and helpful, and they even offered to drive us to Avlabari station free of charge.

The house is very cozy, comfortable and artistically decorated. The location is near everything by walk and the area around is nice full of restaurants and cafes. The owner Mary was kind and very helpful. Would definitely come back here.
