The owners are very friendly and versatile. They agreed to accept us late in the evening after our car broke and we had nowhere to stay (we booked after 9pm). The property is tidy and beautiful - both the garden and the rooms are a pleasure to be in. Breakfast was great - a wide selection of tasty dishes. Definitely recommend staying here!

This is really a great place to stay in if you plan to stay i Kvemo Alvani! The hostess Lena is super nice. She wasn't home when we arrived but her neighbour phoned her and Lena came home from her job right away to take care of us. We happened to get a bedroom in the house, there are some rooms even in another building where Lena serves both very good breakfast and dinner close to the beautiful garden. Lena also helped to fix a good and reliable driver for our trip to Omalo. In fact we liked Alvani Inn so much that we decided to stay there one night more when we got back from Omalo. By the way, from Kvemo Alvani is just some kilometers walk to famous cathedral in Alaverdi. And you can also take a short walk, maybe 1 km, and vist Itabani vineyard.

Clean, cozy, silent hotel. Pretty nice. We booked it in a last minute because our plans changed. The hotel is a perfect place to stay and it is a good value for money. Also the hosts are very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent location when you planning a trip to the Tusheti region. Modern, clean, everything is absolutely OK. The garden and environment is in a quiet location. Possibility to park in front of the house. Internet worked great. Separate kitchenette as well as separate outdoor seating.

The nicest place we stayed in Georgia! ☺️ Modern and clean rooms. Delicious food. There is calm and quiet in this place. In the morning we enjoyed drinking coffee in the beautiful garden looking out over the vineyard. Very nice and helpful owner ❤️ We recommend accommodation on the route to Omalo. You won't find a better place! 🙂

A friend suggest us this place and we couldn't be happier. The owner welcomed us with smile also if we arrive late. The kitchen is well equipped and the room is spacious with a very nice toilet. The decoration of the shower is so beautiful. Super raccomended

The property is very peaceful, extra clean and the food Lena prepares is amazing! it is the Taste of Georgia 😋 The wifi connection was excellent and I could also work remotely. The guesthouse is very well equipped. Will definitely come back!

Very comfortable and cozy guesthouse. Lena is a great host - and her homemade meals (I ate dinner + breakfast here) are delicious! Big garden, perfect for a chat in the evening or for waiting for your pickup to Tusheti. Highly recommended!

Weather. The evening's violent thunderstorm caused a power outage in the entire village, which lasted several hours. Nothing that my hostess could do about.

My double room was excellent, beautifuly furnished, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Shared bathroom was super clean and moderne. The kitchen was brand new, perfecly equipped and very spacious. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. My excellent hostess was very communicative both in English and Russian, very attentive, and she organized my transfer to Omalo. The garden was beautiful, car parking on the street just outside the house. Thank you very much for the possibility to park my car there for all days I spent in Tusheti.

Perfect place for a Tusheti excursion. Very relaxed atmosphere and I was always welcome to use the kitchen for my own little bits of cooking and making coffee etc.
