Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RussiaWe stayed at this hotel for one night. As hosts said it’s a little family business so it’s just a few rooms, kitchen and a nice balcony where you can sit in a sunny day. Room was clean, bad is soft and it wasn’t noisy. After check-out we were able to leave our things before the bus. Not 10 points because of bad smell from the shower room… It wasn’t a big problem because we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but if we did it could be uncomfortable.

GeorgiaI've stayed in quite a few places in Tbilisi during last few years and can say that for today's pricing here this option is amazing. It has a lot of good features for the price: 'central' heating+portable heater if you get cold, entrance by card that also automatically switches electricity on/off, big table for work/dinner, very decent personal shower and big bed with hands down the best mattress I've seen in years! Plus you have a fully equipped kitchen(it doesn't have any heating tho but still a great bonus) and a washing machine in free access! Also my room was sunny and spacious enough to even do morning yoga — I loved this stay. Maybe not everything works perfect (door didn't open that well, the walls might use some cosmetic improvements, noise isolation from inside isn't the best and you can hear everything from the hallway and I wish there was an electric kettle in the room), but hey — it works, and pros of this place definitely outweight some minor cons for me. Plus woman working here is super friendly and the manager Davit was responsive and helpful as well. Definitely would recommend!

EstoniaWe stayed at Aleon Hotel for two nights and had a good overall experience. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around Tbilisi. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. The hotel offers great value for money. The room was clean, but it could use some minor repairs. Overall, it's a good choice if you're looking for an affordable stay with a central location.

ArmeniaThe family two bedroom room had no windows and the bathroom wasn't inside the room. They give you a key to a bathroom which is in other place. Definitely do not recommend this room. Take only double rooms.
The double room was nice with private bathroom and comfy. The hotel is in a great locations with nice surroundings.

TurkeyIt can be hotel entrance lighting. Because it was very dark at night. I was a little scared alone, but it wasn't a problem when I was with my friend.
The employee was a very nice person. We had language problems but she tried to help. They responded immediately via Whatsapp. The hotel owner communicates really quickly.

United StatesThe staff is very helpful. They are not always on premise, but you can always reach them using the phone/Whatsapp/ring bell. I also liked the fact that my room had a balcony with a table for two, even though I did not end up using it. The price was right. The views from the window may make you cry, so I would not advise taking your girlfriend or wife to this place. Also, this is more of a private dorm room with a private bathroom than a full hotel room.

GeorgiaMy bed lamp didn’t work, bathroom had smell coming from the drain, microwave in the kitchen was missing the glass plate that would rotate your dish. Overall not big deal.
The stuff is friendly and flexible. The room was overall clean if not mentioning stained bed cover. Nice facilities with shared kitchen (big fridge), washing machine and ironing board. Coffee shop downstairs was a big plus too.

DenmarkNo room service. Or, you can text and employee and make them come, but didn't find it intuitive and therefore we were running out of toilet paper and towels.
Friendly staff and a good basic room with the most nessesary things and nothing more. Perfect for a trip where we would mainly just use the room for sleeping and otherwise being out in town all day and night.

IrelandPopular tourist places like Narikala Fortress, Mother of Georgia, and Freedom Square are 4-6 km from this location. So, you would have to take a taxi or bus there. The Dry Bridge Market is close though (9 mins walk).
I liked the amenities in the apart-hotel. There is a secured gate to enter which is very positive. The bed was comfortable. The room was warm. Towels and shower gels were provided. The shared kitchen was well-equipped. The WiFi was fast. I think I liked everything about this place. The room is very spacious and it is cheaper than the hotels/apartments in the Old Town and Freedom Square. Aleon Hotel is very close to the Dry Bridge Market where you can buy souvenirs (9 mins walk). If you are spending more than 3 nights in Tbilisi and prefer a slightly quieter and less touristy area, I can recommend this place.

GeorgiaThe walls inside are a little bit thin, so you could hear your neighbors
Everything else was pretty good. You have anything you need in the hostel to live while enjoying Tbilisi. The hostel is located right in the center of the city which is also nice.
