There is no elevator so we had to lift our baggage to the second floor. The host said they are planning to build an elevator in future.

Suggestion: to have better shower cause when you shower the bath gets literally flooded. Maybe a small shower box or at least curtains.

I had a truly wonderful stay at 9 Doors Hotel in Tbilisi. This charming boutique hotel is run by a lovely local family who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The family is always available and happy to help with anything you might need, and their hospitality really made my stay special. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The location is also perfect—right in the heart of town, just a short walk from many of Tbilisi’s main attractions, cozy cafes, and lively streets. What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere - peaceful, inviting, and full of heart. It felt more like staying with friends than in a hotel. I can’t recommend 9 Doors Hotel enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Tbilisi!

The property so clean and quiet.have every thing u need for stay .and the owner who spoken excellent English ,and so supportive and helpful .when we was got problems with the taxi driver due to language issue ,He spend 50 minutes through the phone to help us ,and also let us store the luggage free of charge .amazing !realy so happy for the stay and feel lucky to have this such good owner there when we in another country first time ! And also he provided great communication all the way through since we booked the room ! Plus .the property just few minutes walk to tail way station and a lots of shops and restaurants!so convenient!

Located in a historical building with an own soul and beautiful interior. Room was very warm, bed comfortable - I slept like a baby. The owner is comunicative and kind lady with a pretty smile, open to talk. At the morning I have met an amazing granny who made me a coffee, that was so nice and memorable moment. Our room was a little small, free space was enough for only 2 big luggages (closed), we could open 1 luggage at a time. Also , it is a little bit hard to carry the luggages upstairs but they are extremely helpful about it.

our stay was amazing. I would 100% recommend with my whole heart. They were so kind and even though we arrived at 4 AM, they were awake to meet with us and helped with carrying our belongings. Extremely budget friendly and central, walking distance to the beautiful main street. Our room was also well prepared, it was clean and towels were ready. It was a good rest after a tiring travel. Also, they let us leave our luggages after check out and recommended good local places to eat. Overall, very kind and sincere people, central, budget friendly and clean place which I 100% recommend. Felt like home :)
