With a bit of hindsight I think we’d like to have used the sofa bed for my daughter. As it was we both used the twin beds upstairs.

I stayed here for 3 nights in August with my 6 year old daughter. We were pretty busy the whole time in Tbilisi and didn’t spend too much time in the house except to sleep but it was lovely and just as we expected from reading other reviews. It was more rustic than I had been expecting but I loved this! Inside, we really appreciated the AC and used the fridge and the cups and plates which were plentiful. The host gave us loads of recommendations- of particular use was the Carrefour supermarket and the laundry! We took Bolts everywhere which was massively convenient.

I loved it all.

This was the second time I stayed here - still the same perfect place three years later. Wonderful location in the old town, right next to a boarded up abandoned church. Kahka was a great host, always responding to any messages. It's peaceful and like a little retreat right in the middle of Tbilisi. My apartment was a duplex with the bed upstairs and living space downstairs. Had everything I needed. Check in and check out were very easy and straightforward, the place is easy to find and has two entrances - either street side or through the churches courtyard. Great price too! 10/10 would stay again.

Excellent host, great location and lovely room. Kakha stayed up for a 2am check-in after our flight was delayed, gave us lots of recommendations, a bottle of wine and kindly agreed to store our luggage when we went away for a few days

Beautiful setting in the old church yard. The loft is really well laid out, really clean. Great to have two bathrooms. Amazing area and close to everything.

I had an exceptional stay in Tbilisi at 3 Heritage Rooms from June 21st to 23rd. The host was incredibly supportive and accommodating. He took the time to explain the areas in and around the location and even gave us a welcome gift (a bottle of wine). Great hospitality, very systematic and organized. The room was impeccably clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the apartment is fantastic. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beautiful Peace Bridge and conveniently close to all major attractions within Tbilisi. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city.

This is a little gem very close to the city centre. It’s quiet and you can sit right in the backyard and enjoy a glass of wine or so. The owner is amazing and gives excellent advice on nearby restaurants and sightseeings. He is always in reach. Super clean, modern and a very authentic surrounding. Highly recommended! We‘ll definitely come back!

The bathroom faucet broke but Kakha fixed the problem immediately.

It was an amazing experience. Even though we arrived at the hotel at midnight, we never had any problems. Everyone was very helpful. As soon as we arrived, Kakha gifted us a bottle of wine. It was an incredible experience being in the churchyard. We were incredibly pleased with the room and service.

Everything was perfect!

Amazing location in a quiet street in the heart of the old town. Shops, restaurants, bars, public transportation super close to property. Apartment itself is very comfortable and recently renovated. Industrial elements used in the design that blend with perfectly with the historic pieces(floor, cupboards, main door). Toilet amenities, extra towels, coffee/tea and a fast WI-FI. Property also features an outdoor sitting area right next to an old church. Perfect place where to enjoy some wine and come up with ideas what to do next in lovely Tbilisi. Owner - amazing person!!! Met us in the centre and guided to the property via small shortcuts. Showed the apartment, gave us a lot of useful tips and a welcome drink(whole bottle of wine). Was in touch with us during our stay making sure we feel comfortable and was ready to help at any given time. A real gem for the asking price!!!

Everything was perfect.

Lovely place with well equipped apartments. The apartment was warm not considering the cold water in Tbilisi when we visited. Good location and spotless apartments. A small welcome gift waited us in the room that made the stay even better. The communication before and during our stay with the host was smooth and he gave us a lot of tips on places in the area.

If solo female traveller i may not recommend. Since i was with family it worked.

Property is located at a prime location which is near to Freedom Square from one side and Bridge of peace from the other side. Quite neighbourhood however area looks bit rusty in the beginning however you will get used to it within few hours.
