All was good.

The staff are exceptionally friendly. They remembered us from our previous trips, were super welcoming and helpful. Its a perfect location for us close to the mall and the beach with a swimming pool to entertain my daughter!

Poor breakfast. It was supposed to start at 07:00, however the staff arrived at 07:00 to begin preparing breakfast. Breakfast not included.

It was all Good

The hotel location is in close proximity to the shopping, food and restaurant, and beaches. the police post is right aroung the corner, so the safety aspect was very well present.

The walk to the room with no assistance , someone should be there to assist . I was able but just a future reference for persons not able .

We have stayed here before and the beds have been very comfortable. However we could feel the springs in the bed in the unit we had. It won't stop us staying here again though.

Staff were always friendly and accommodating! Location is a short walk to grocery and Grand Anse Beach. If you enjoy bird watching, there is a large variety in the area.

Very bad communication before I arrived. E,.g. I asked for a taxi to be booked prior to our arrival and I didn’t get a response on either booking.com or via the website.

Chef was late the morning we were leaving, so breakfast was a little delayed. However, the staff were excellent as relaying updates on available timings and everything turned out OK.

I have stayed there many times before and it continues to offer good value for money. Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help.

No gym facility.

The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The location is good, easy walking distance to the SpiceIsland Shopping Mall, with many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. Grand Anse beach is an easy 10 minutes walk. The BBC beach is around 20 minutes walk

There were no robes in the room. And just a suggestion to place a shelf above the little kitchen area to store all the things that are placed on the microwave. It gave me the impression of 'tacky'.

I couldn’t quite figure out the shutters to make the room dark but I guess I could have asked. The communication with staff prior to arrival was a bit haphazard with getting reliable responses but no problems once I had arrived.

Good value property with air con, comfortable beds and 5 mins walk to beach.

The fact the Siesta doesn't have a drinks licence should be noted on the hotel details. It might not have affected our decision to stay there, but it would be good to know in advance. The higher numbered rooms are at the top of a fairly steep hill - OK if you're reasonably fit. Some of the breakfast choices weren't always available.

Conveniently located close to the local mall and only two roads back from Grand Anse beach. Close to the #1 and #9 bus routes, giving easy access to St. George's. A good mix of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Rooms were big with great views and were kept very clean. Air-con was a big plus.
