United KingdomStandards have declined since last visit. Overpriced for facilities. Room a little tired, hairdryer broken and bathroom needed a deep clean. Breakfast service slow and food average. Taken their eye off the ball. Breakfast room cluttered and disorganised. Love dogs but not happy to climb over them and have them jump on me! Had a nice time but will look forward to alternative accommodation in Beaumaris next time sorry.
Fabulous location. Love the bar and atmosphere. Nice concept but staff not attentive as they have been in past. Townhouse needs a refresh.

ROOM WAS BRILLIANT, HOWEVER 1 FAULT; THE VERY OLD WINDOW (SHASH) BUT INTERNAL GLAZING, DID'NT CLOSE FULLY AND DURING THE NIGHT OF THE STORM THE WINDOW NEVER STOPPED RATTLING (BAD ENOUGH) HOWEVER TOTALLY DISTURBED OUR SLEEP FOR MOST OF THE NIGHT. WE DID INTEND TO MENTION IT TO ASSISTANT MANAGER AS WE WERE LEAVING BUT NSHE WAS WITH OTHER GUESTS AND WE HAD TO LEAVE.!!! THE WET ROOM WAS A SUPER BONUS FOR HUSBAND. BREAKFAST WAS FABULOUS.
