To be honest, when I arrived at the room around 9:00 PM, I found the shared bathroom to be unclean. I attempted to contact the reception using the phone numbers provided in the booking confirmation letter, but there was no response. Additionally, there was no one at the reception after 9:30 PM. The carpet is dirty. The canteen was dirty and lacked privacy for families, which was disappointing. While I noticed several services like a fridge and TV, we didn't use them since we only stayed for one night. I couldn't renew the booking due to the unacceptable condition of the bathroom and the lack of response to my calls, and because it is very expensive compared with other surrounding and cleaner locations. However, the hotel's position is very good in the town, so I can find every shop that I might need. Also, there is free parking at the hotel and in the surrounding area, which is good. Thank you,

Cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom. Floor was dirty on corners and around sink and toilet. Staff is quite unprofessional.

Quiet, self-contained, free parking Also is over the corner from "curry mile", lot'sof restaurantsaround. . It's not a big deal, but overall is value for money. You get what you pay for. During pride was the most reasonable option.

No toilet roll in external toilet. No check out time is shown in confirmation emails so was unsure when to be out for. Person who checked us in wasnt sure of my booking and seemed to question it but asked for no ID.

Toilet roll kept running out so bought my own in the end. Noisy tenants look like crackheads arguing and making as much noise as possible arguing and god knows what. The room required a fan as it is summer and it was small.

Everything looks fairly old and poorly maintained. No hot shower for 3 days I stayed there. The carpet hasn’t been hoovered for ages with hair and dust everywhere.

Equipped with everything; a fridge, some coffee and tea with electric kettle, a TV and a sink with mirror in the room. The location is near to the Curry Miles and easy access to the park and public transportation. The shared toilet and bathroom are well equipped with toilet rolls and basic toiletries.

The bathroom wasn't very clean and the plumbing is horrendous, Everytime a room above flushed or ran water, my shower drain hole was really loud like the water was trapped

A little TLC needed

Needs a lot of work. Wobbly hand rail for the stairs, lots of wear and tear throughout. Very basic.

Very noisy with loud chatter through the walls clearly heard until late into the night. Some things poorly fitting - the door needed a slam to shut, and while there was a fridge in the room, the door jams against the floor. Reception is via a phone number on the door (good luck getting in if your battery dies) - and the receptionist has a strong access and seemed to struggle understanding my name at check in.

The shared shower drain was completely blocked so was showering with 20cm of water pooling at the bottom/it did not drain.

The room was great, very tidy, clean and comfortable. Bed was great.

I couldn't ge t the tv on but It didn't really bother me.

I had a good sleep and the bathroom was right next to my room. Plenty of coffee supplied. The room was nice and warm when I turned on the radiator. Polite staff.
