United KingdomWe really liked this hotel, and if staying in Spalding, it's worth the 5 mins walk down the road. There was an issue with our room, which was dealt with by the staff to our satisfaction. It's a nice old building which has the inevitable slight defects, but we very much enjoyed our stay and will return should the need arise again.

United KingdomThe issue with the hot water was stressful! Although it couldn't be fixed, the staff helped to find a solution.
The staff were welcoming and friendly. We had an issue with the hot water in the room, however the staff were on hand to help and even though they were unable to rectify the problem, they moved us into a different room and were hugely apologetic. The breakfast was yummy and the staff noticed we were part of a group booking and set up a table for us all for breakfast, which was lovely.
