I recently stayed at this B&B and while the property was comfortable, I found it to be quite expensive for what was offered. A full English breakfast was included, which is always appreciated, but there was no discussion or option given regarding preferences, however they did take into account dietry needs (vegetarian sasuages and soya milk were provided as per my request made at the time of booking). It would have been nice to have a choice or at least be asked in advance of what we would have liked for breakfast. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but for the price, I expected a more personalized experience and better communication around meal options. The check in and check out were straight forward.

The property was easily located and we could grab some parking right outside. It was ideally located for the airshow where we were visiting. All the little touches such as earplugs, toiletries, games etc were a lovely touch.

The duvet was thick and too warm for the hot weather conditions; having an available sheet would have been helpful.

The owners were delightful - very friendly and helpful. Although the room was fairly small, it was well equipped and arranged to maximise the available space, and the fan was appreciated. The breakfast was good. The location is great for walks along the front by the sea, and quieter than areas nearer the pier and tower.

The B&B is slightly out the way of any of the main attractions but was only 5 min walk from the Imperial Hotel so was great for us as we were attending a wedding there.

Great place to stay! Very clean and the room was lovely. Nice little touches such as a sewing kit and free ear buds and shower caps. Hosts were lovely and made us feel very welcome, would definitely recommend and return.

Lovely hosts and property is in a good location. Myself, husband and friend stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. I was delighted to find balloons and birthday banner upon arrival in my room. Everything you could possibly need is in the room. Tv, Hairdryer, fridge, kettle and good selection of tea and coffee. Small home comforts like cotton balls and quetips were a nice touch. Nice dressing gowns and slippers. Very comfortable bed, great sleep. Nice breakfast and hosts were amazing providing us with fresh milk and water we requested for our room. We will definately be returning here.

Only negatives were lack of parking, though this can't be helped, we eventually managed to get a space on the street out front and then the shower we found difficult to get to a stable temperature, especially if water was being used elsewhere in other rooms.

Layout of the room perfect for families. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Friendliness of the staff, catered well for young children and also catered for my breakfast arrangements providing a meal to go which was greatly appreciated. Bed was really comfortable. After a long day I pretty much fell straight to sleep!
