Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe pool was nice but every evening we tried to use it, they were doing swim lessons for young children back to back, which was very disappointing. (Wish we’d have been told what time they’d be so we could plan our swims round this).
Hotel was in a great location, and the views were beautiful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was almost unbearably hot, however they kindly let us have an extra fan. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was adequate, good selection of food, self service. Tables cleared frequently, clean and relaxed Room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. Would suggest a few parasols given the blistering heat, but I'm sure this need is rare!

Beautiful location and garden. There was a lake view across hotel where one can enjoyed this view from the terrace. Staff was nice and friendly. Walkable distance to town (even though it is a bit far, but our 5 years old could easily make it back and forth).

United Kingdomthe place needs refurb as observed the carpets are aged and the toilet tiles are cracked and i know its a pet friendly hotel, we had 2 rooms which was for our children which seemed not well cleaned with dog fur and funky smell thought it was attended to after we reported.the wifi is not great. The pool area could use refurb as tiles look aged and the changing rooms and paint.
the staff were attentive and helpful. the cleaning staff and big shout to the chef resty and staff grace attending during breakfast as they know what great customer service looks like and made us feel well attended. Breakfast was good too. i wanted to note the rooms are quite and barely hear the next room and the toilet shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are good too. We liked the pool area though looks a bit aged. The water temperature was perfect and seems really clean.
