Good facilities. Really comfortable and warm. Especially loved the hot tub and sauna. Room very quiet due to being desperate from the main building. Nice big bed and amazing bathroom

This was one of the most luxurious hotels me and my boyfriend have ever stayed at. The room was exceptional, and the hotub and steam room were perfect. The furnishings are beautiful and done to a high standard. Richard and Lynn were really friendly and helpful, along with Lucas, who cooks exquisite meals to order, which makes you feel you've got your own personal chef. We can't wait to visit again Kirsty and Andrew xx

Nothing not to like it’s and amazing place

Absolutely stunning the photos do not do this place justice, everywhere you look it’s immaculate! We stayed at another hotel in newby bridge on the river front which was extremely disappointing for 2 nights before coming here and this hotel blew our minds!! The quality or the place, the service, the owners which are lovely people so welcoming and nothing a problem, me and my GF of 20 years have travelled all over the county to some what we thought were special places but this is THE BEST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED!!! And that includes anything abroad, I cannot emphasise how good this hotel is, we had a sauna and a spa bath but next time we are getting a suite with a hot tub

Absolutely beautiful little place. The room (honey suite) was perfect - super comfy bed, stunning bathroom with spa bath and wonderful outdoor private hot tub which was so relaxing. Spotlessly clean. Location was perfect - a short 10 minute walk to either Bowness or Windermere. The staff we very friendly and keen to help.

A couple of things in room, damp patch were previously a leak had occurred but left marks on ceiling and a few places were cleaners had missed marks and cobwebs

Me.and my partner stayed for 2 nights for my birthday,the room was lovely and clean,they put a birthday card and some chocolates on the bed for me which i thought was really nice of them,the hot tub and spa bath we.loved,they catered for our every needs,Catherine would go above and beyond for us if we asked her for anything,she was very polite and chatty which we like,location was perfect,all in all the hotel was amazing,I would definitely recommend this to anyone. the honey suite was absolutely gorgeous and would recommend to any couple looking for a few nights away!! the hot tub and spa bath were great. I bought rose petal which were placed on the bed on both days, I was expecting them just for our arrival but was really nice to see fresh rose petals on our second day after our room had been cleaned. every member of staff we encountered were very friendly and even willing to help us unload our luggage from the car

Nothing,lovely hotel with amazing owners and staff in a good location.

The location was perfect, and the hotel was amazing. We actually had one of the cottages, which had its own access through it's own private yard. The cottage was both beautiful and cosy and very clean. The owners are wonderful,and can't do enough for you, and the staff match the owners goodwill and drive to make the guest stay a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone. Thankyou for a wonderful stay, and to the owners and staff for making us feel so well looked after.
