You can’t have guests in your room and the shower area is very small and slippery.

The location was exceptional! Shops and restaurants open until late hours and one block away from Paddington Station.

The room was not so clean.. stained bathroom Wifi works only if you take underground room otherwise no wifi !!!

The location is excellent close to many attractions and 3 or 4 min to metro station. staff are friendly and answer the queries.

Corridors were missing bits of carpet, particularly outside our room door, and felt that it could have been cleaner in the corridors between rooms. Bathroom is old and shower hard to turn on. We had to ask housekeeping as we felt that if we pulled harder we would have broken it...

Location great, luggage storage provided. Room was clean inside, window opened and desk fan provided as well. Staff helpful.

The WiFi in my room never did work. My shower never produced even warm water, no matter how I turned the handle. I also booked a room for a family member who accompanied me, and she was placed in a basement room that was not a good location in the hotel.

Small shower cubicle and water pressure was very low. No fridge, after asking reception for a bucket with ice I was told I'd have to go to a local shop.

Unfortunately many London buildings are not designed with heat in mind and when I was there, it was very hot. The fan in the room was inadequate and there was no way to get any cross ventilation. Was a bit concerned that for a room a few floors up, that the window opened from the bottom, perhaps a concern for parents traveling with young children

The room we had was a twin room, the bathroom was tiny and it was difficult to take a shower or use the loo without leaving the door open, but it was very clean and the staff were helpful for what we needed

Location was perfect, just round the corner from Paddington Station. Paddington area was very nice too, few pubs, coffee shops and little bars/restaurants, very clean area so felt really safe.

Room was tiny, the bed too soft for my liking. The shower door is not invented for plus size people, but it is manageable. A small fridge would have been nice, but utterly grateful for the fan provided. Hair dryer did not work.

Location is excellent, Paddington station is a 5 minute walk, restaurants all around with wonderful variety, souvenirs available wherever you look. Staff was always kind and smiley, check in and out went smooth.

The central location was convenient, but our room faced the road, so it was noisy. Closing the window reduced the noise, but with temperatures around 30 °C and no air conditioning, keeping it closed wasn’t an option unfortunately.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The reception staff were friendly, and the service was efficient, there was no waiting time. It’s a basic hotel; for example, there was only a single large bottle of shampoo/bath gel, not particularly high quality, but that’s to be expected at this price point. Overall, I think it offered really good value for money. Having read some of the other reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about what I might find, but it turned out to be fine.
