Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was located to the rear car park behind the hotel and there was some noisy device outside which made sleeping with a slightly open window a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was fine.
I enjoyed the swimming pool and quiet and calm atmosphere in the hotel during the day.

United KingdomRoom was looking very 'tired', especially for a Club room. Splashes of make up on wall, carpet was worn, chipped/flaking paint on bathroom door, and sink plug was an issue. Only had one bath towel, so had to get another. We requested quiet room and were above the carpark ( understand this can't always be guaranteed )

United KingdomThe room was stiflingly hot. The useless Dyson air cooler thing was completely ineffective and didn’t make the room much cooler. The hotel should invest in proper air conditioning particularly as the climate is warming.
Gym and pool were fabulous. It’s available to public but because of that very high quality.

I like the location, the lovely parking lot in front of the hotel, the room size (club) and the facilities. Also, the gym is attracting many people that make the hotel lively and pleasant to stay in. Lastly, the place is super friendly.

United KingdomNo air conditioning in rooms which were too hot. A fan was supplied but not sufficient. Bathroom was “tired” and needs looking at, black mould around bathtub seal. Was also placed in the extension which consisted of a 10 minute hike and 2 lifts to reach room. Having said that, the bed was really comfortable and the room was lovely and quiet.
Breakfast was OK, but ran out of Milk, Bacon, Hash Browns and Eggs so had to wait for more to be cooked / brought out which wasn’t good when trying to eat with relatives. Other than that it was OK.
