How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Shower was not particularly clean. I didn’t like the very strong odor of the hand soap, but that’s personal preference .

It has parking, but you need to pay separately. The breakfast dishes on both mornings were not properly cleaned. I don't recommend dining there, my burger was dry and burned.
Modern style, room with air conditioning, and the breakfast options were great.

Elevator smells bad, needs better ventilation on the first day they didn't empty the bin, and on the last day, they put the towel aside with window instead of bathroom, also the coffee machine doesn't have water, so we have to put it by ourselves.

Although our bathroom was clean, it had an extremely unpleasant smell that couldn’t be fixed, we spoke to receptionist on 3 occasions however they didn’t do much. The TV didn’t have many channels, no Netflix and no HDMI.
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and location was good, great if you have a car.

Would have liked the pool to be available to kids for longer so we can take advantage at night for example. There is carpet in the room, we stayed for 11 nights, during that time it was never vacuumed. It got really dirty towards the end. The restaurant downstairs doesn't have a good menu for kids and the breakfast options could be more diverse as well.
The pool was great. The connection to the old town and main attractions are good. The hotel is quiet overall, makes it a good option if you're traveling with kids.

In the room, although all was good, but it gives a sense of a budget hotel. Not much in the bathroom and there was no tissues but I don’t know if I asked

Away from Tran service. Have to rely on the bus or Uber.

I asked for poached egg waiter said they couldn’t as the machine was switched off. Our first room was exceptionally hot staff tried to rectify but was still too hot. There were marks which looked like stains on the shower tray - was told it was chemicals had ‘burnt’ the tray last straw was the sinks plug was stuck so the sink just filled up - my husband said he wanted a new room. They did find one but when we complained earlier they had said they were fully booked- no idea where they managed to find a room - but they did. Original room 126 should be totally refurbished as it is not fit for purpose 2nd room 321 was how it should be. Felt let down we had to complain 3 times and ‘demand’ to be moved- really not good enough
Breakfast both mornings were lovely - loads of staff who were very helpful

That I didnt have more time to stay
We were 4 friends sharing two big double beds and staying one night for a work event. Beds very comfortable and towels and toiletries supplied with a great shower. Breakfast had so much to choose from. Unfortunately did not get a chance to use swimming pool or go to the beach near by. The staff at reception and restaurant very friendly and so helpful. They were amazing.

Nothing. It was beautiful
New. Well maintained. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Always a big smile on their faces. Same goes to the staff at the bar and grill.
