Lovely modern hotel and superb value for money. The room was a good size and nicely appointed, with great facilities. I also used the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which was very enjoyable. It was also in a great spot, close enough to ammenities but also out of the way enough so there were no noise disruptions. Beds were comfy as well.

I was there for a week and needed my room cleaned. I left the marker on my door to have it cleaned as suggested, and the room was not cleaned when I got back from work

The pool opens later at the weekend (8am) The taps in the room are a pain.

The hotel is clean and modern with good facilities, I especially liked that it had a Starbucks, The rooms are nice, modern and clean and had everything we needed including an iron, ironing board and a decent hair dryer. The breakfast was OK with a good selection of food.

Early checkout as hotel was closing for building work. Should have been advised earlier.

Toilet was dripping continuously. Bath water my husband could only get about six inches of water for his bath and that wasn’t very hot. Breakfast no fried eggs, no de-cafe tea bags and no marmalade

The team at Farnborough brough forward the weekend breakfast service times to aid those that were attending (working at) the British Motor Show. Thank to the team for this - as it made it possible to have a good breakfast before heading over to the show site!

We had made 3 separate bookings, so I called ahead to be able to stay in the same room and be on a higher floor. Told this was all sorted. Got there - no record or notes had been made, so wasted time trying to get checked in. The new room was not ready - so the lady suggested we waited in the bar and have a drink - £17 for a glass of Whispering Angel, daylight robbery. Housekeeping did not come into the room - and we were there for 3 days.

The breakfast experience was pretty basic, with staff not managing to clear tables and reset them to facilitate the flow of guests and therefore some guests were having to clear away dirty plates etc so their party could sit closer together The hot breakfast items such as sausages aren’t of a quality that one would expect for the price charged for breakfast Consideration should be given to having the bacon on some sort of perforated tray in the chaffing dish, so that the bacon isn’t sitting in oil as you get towards the bottom layers

Only minor complaint is that the Starbucks didn't open until 8am on Sunday and I had to leave before that

Room was fantastic, comfortable bed, coffee machine, free water bottle, everything you'd need for an overnight stay really. The fact that there's a very nice onsite gym and spa facility, as well as a Starbucks, is fantastic.

There was no refrigerator in the rooms during summer time. Breakfast finish time is so early during weekdays.

The restaurant was mediocre. Pub classics on the menu but lacking flavour. Staff was very welcoming and seen cleaning table tops but tables were still grimy and sticky.

Some of the staff were a little rude, long wait at the bar and they turned off the Women’s National football team off to watch a Chelsea friendly. At least one table not including mine left.

Was very inconvenient no lift working, I have leg problems.. But they had a member of bar staff help me use the service elevator to get up to my room. Most helpful 👍

Stayed over for an Army reunion, lunch meeting etc. great facilities, loved the spacious room and a good size double bed, loved the bed and comfy pillows, food lovely, spacious bar, great TV area, Costa coffee cafe area, I didn't use the gym or swimming pool..loved my weekend thank you 👍

The room was fine and although it overlooked the outside seating area, noise wasn't a problem. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly all the time.

Lovely clean modern room and very comfortable bed, the toiletries by ESPA are gorgeous always a bonus treat here.
