We were delighted to have separate beds for our four children and found parking place in the guesthouse. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The dining room made us feel at home with a good breakfast and hospitality.The guesthouse is close to the beach.

Lovely and clean, breakfast was excellent, and there was good communication as to if I needed anything else . Friendly ,comfortable, and safe . Wish I could have stayed longer and will be back .

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Every thing was perfect. Only shared bathroom I didn’t like.

Every thing. The Guesthouse felt like home. It was perfectly comfortable and clean. The owners of the property were very polite friendly and extremely helpful. Every morning they provided excellent cooked breakfast. The room had all facilities provided. Kettle, tea bags, milk, sugars and cookies. The room was clean. The locations were perfect. Sea beach was one minute away. So many food shops are near by. Railway station is 5 minutes away from the property. I really enjoyed my 3 days stay in Victoria Guesthouse. 100% will recommend this Guest House. I will be going back for sure.

Limited parking so had to park in a 24hour car park a short walk away.

Perfectly located near to the seafront. Clean and comfortable and the owners were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and set us up for the day. Would definitely stay again.

There is absolutely nothing I did not like I only.stayed for 1 night I wanted to stay another night but all rooms where booked

The hotel staff where very friendly and a warm welcome the breakfast was massive 2bacon,sausage, black pudding, 2 hash browns, egg,baked beans ,grilled tomatoes, toast ,tea,coffee and orange juice .the room was absolutely spotless and a lovely shower room

Having to leave!

First time staying here, but definitely made a good choice... The room was spotlessly clean, a really comfortable bed and all the usual amenities, with some nice/thoughtful extras (like 2 extra bottles of orange and blackcurrant cordial)... The cooked breakfast was superb, freshly cooked to order, with lots of choice and generously portioned... Kevin and Karen are the perfect hosts and nothing seemed to be too much trouble to ensure their guests have a comfortable stay... Will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm visiting Clacton

Loved the breakfast and enjoyed our stay. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Resident dog was really friendly, and we were ok for the owners to let the dog roam. They made sure we were ok with it first. Very happy and would stay again.

Lovely guest house. Owners very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and bright and had everything you needed. The breakfast was the best. You can have the full English or just have exactly what you wish for. So central to the beach and town centre. Highly recommend this perfect place. Also has parking which is a good bonus. 5 stars.
