The decor and the bed are a bit tired but all in all a lovely place to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay, fantastic location at the top of bude. The owner was very polite and helpful and gave us some great suggestions on places to visit near by. Breakfast was tip top with a good selection. We would definitely stay again.

Noisy donkeys woke us a couple of times!

Loved the animals...alpacas, dogs, ducks and hens, but the donkey and cockeral woke us up early morning 🤣 but not enough to stop us returning. The view of the animals from our window was wonderful.

Location was perfect for us. We prefer not to be in the centre of things but walkable in along the coast path approx 40 mins. The owners were super friendly and went outvof their way to ensure that we were comfortable and we'll looked after. Lovely cooked breakfast and fresh fruit.

Ok its all been covered before, if you were rating as per 4 in a bed you would definitely be able to mark down for cleaning, but you've got to remember its their home and home for their 5 dogs.. I'd say its clean enough to be healthy and dirty enough to be happy. Definitely 10/10 for the Steve and Flavio,they couldn't do enough.. Breakfast was good, but if I was being fussy (and I am because a sausage is a very important part of life itself) I would prefer a better quality sausage.

It was a heat wave when we stayed and there was not enough ventilation. .

The breakfast was lovely (outside on the patio with wonderful views) and we shared a table with another couple, which was nice and sociable. The situation was great, not too far to walk into Bude for the evening. The house was interesting and Steve and Fabio were very friendly.

Second visit to this welcoming b&b. It feels like home from home in every aspect and the hosts are so lovely which was the main reason for our return. Clean with a great breakfast and amazing value for money. Close to Bude beach and sea pool with a lovely clifftop walk over the road too. It's in a quiet area away from the main road. We will always stay here when in the area again.
