You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThere wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. An extra bonus was that if there were any queries that the hosts were contactable and really helpful with arrival and any queries that we had.
The property was clean, tidy and had everything needed such as towls, tea, coffee and some dishwasher tablets. It has an excellent sized living areas. With an Alexa speaker which was a great bonus to be able to play music. The property is a fabulous location, central to all the activities we had planned in Manchester over our stay.

United Kingdom:( kitchen whilst large and modern wasnt clean to a level that we felt needed - which we are sure can be rectified by a proper clean - also we couldn’t wipe tops up or bag up rubbish as no items available to do so - rectified we are sure by restock of these items. Towels - we felt were a bit threadbare for quality of apartment- again easily rectified by re stock. Stairs - in general and can’t be rectified - we didnt realise there were so many stairs ! :) we did ok but a point to consider if staying with small children or elderly folk. However despite this we wouid absolutely stay again!!
Location location location !! Convenience store 1 min away - station 10 min walk or 2 min £6 taxi. It’s a super spot and a homely house - balcony is priceless with access to fresh air and more space to relax. Seating and city view with Bus graffiti - quiet even though central. Living room is relaxing comfy w stylish sofas and big tv - cosy beds 2 showers 3 toilets- room for everyone. Perfect for our group. Key code entrance means no keys to lose!

United KingdomThere were a few issues regards facilities (hobs not working and sofa broke once we arrived) although not the owners fault- Mark was very quick to help solve them for us.
The place was very central to northern quarter, less than 5 minutes walk from Afflecks, which we loved and lots of food places around about. The apartment was HUGE, we were all very impressed. Well kept, very modern, absolutely brilliant. Interaction with the owner was very quick and helpful.

United Kingdom3rd bedroom is up a steep ladder and you need to be under 5ft to attempt to stand up with the matress basically on the floor This is not clear in description and not great for a 6ft person Arrived just before 3pm and was still being cleaned, cleaner advised we needed to leave till 4pm Couple of interior door handles had fell off
